There's only one teller window, so the line moves at a glacial pace, especially when there's a slow request in front of you. Two windows would be so much better. The other bankers don't help triage the teller line, unlike other locations. At least the teller, an older Asian woman, is patient and kind.
A hispanic woman tried to ask a banker about the line and he snapped at her that there was "no trash can in this branch". It made no sense, because she asked nothing about that, and was not holding any trash.

I haven't been to this branch in years but sad to see they have not changed anything since they first remodeled. 1 teller window while several bankers stand around in their rooms chatting with each other about parties they went to and what they did last weekend. Been waiting 40 minutes in line for 1 teller because the ATM couldn't complete my transaction. Meanwhile, there are 5 of us in line and the teller is moving at a sales pace.

Staff seemed nice, but service is terrible. Acting as a trustee for someone with several accounts at several banks (large & small). None of them gave me as much trouble as this branch. Took 4 visits (averaging about 2 hours each) to accomplish the same tasks with just a phone call or brief visit with other banks.

Great customer service, I visited this branch after being turned away from a different one in San Jose, it was a few minutes before closing and I had an uncommon request; my jewelry were stolen while on a trip to Europe and the insurance company reimbursing me had sent me a form to be filled and signed by my bank before they wired me the funds.The teller I spoke with told me to go visit the manager and he was in his office. He listened to my issue and while making sure the form I was filling was legit and the case was not a scam on the insurance part, he gladly printed, filled and signed the form for me. I truly appreciated his time and service. Will be back to this branch!

This branch is useless and has me wanting to switch where I bank. They are consistently closed during hours when they are scheduled to be open. They also “remodeled” with the main change being that there is just one poor teller handling everything herself. Hopefully you don’t show up when she’s on a break either. I have been getting better service at Wells Fargo and I don’t even have an account there.

This branch is likely going to be permanently closed soon. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped by to have the doors locked and a ‘temporarily closed’ sign shown on the door.They have safe deposit boxes at this location. It takes a phone call and a two business day request to be able to access your safe deposit box because the location is always closed.

In response to all the posts about BoA short staffing their branches, I can confirm that it is true and seems to be their corporate strategy, at least on the west coast. From SF to LA to OC and Vegas, I have visited numerous branches where they would have only 1 teller or 2 max, and massive queues out the door. This was pre-COVID. Even at flagship branches like Pershing Square, DTLA. Save your time and energy and move on, it's not worth your breath to deal with them when even the other mega banks are better (I am a big fan of the stagecoach, and their branches are usually well staffed) I have been a customer since I was 8 years old- I quit BoA years ago and never looked back and have never been happier. BOA truly hates their customers and considers us to be a burden
