I want to specifically mention the interaction I had with Brian Toledo at this branch. He assisted me with BoA's complimentary notary services and went above and beyond to assist me AND follow up via phone afterwards to offer additional support. I can't thank him enough for the stellar support

If you are a BOA customer, you would like to OPT out of them after visiting this branch -- MARK MY WORD.The employees who work here are simply incompetent, unprofessional, don't know what they are talking about, absolutely annoying with the amount of misformation you will be flooded with.I had a notary appointment, which I booked online. I even received a reminder email about the appointment 24 hours before. When I went to the center to meet the notary, someone informed me the notary is absent and they can only reschedule the appointment. They did not bother to inform me over email or cancel my appointment and did not care a bit that I needed to travel all the way to their center to meet the notary. Their excuse was they left a voice mail over my phn, which I never use and neither use it to book the appointment --- how is it justified in any ways. Limit of unprofessionalism.And guess what, she neither let me speak to the bank manager or lodge a proper complaint against her unprofessional behavior.Good for them. I will find a better forum to lodge complaint against such pathetic customer service, unprofessional employees. I will quit BOA soon since their service is deteriorating in every passing days. I am done with BOA!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Been a BofA customer for 15 years and went in to get some assistance with an issue I know they can help with, as another branch helped us in the past. Spoke with Eva who was an absolute horror to work with. Didn’t listen to us, cut us off while we were explaining the situation, and then straight up walked away in the middle of the conversation and refused to help.

If you are black / bipoc / or of a darker hue just now they are going to card u to time so bring a Social Security card or a birth certificate. They will ask for two forms of id but not if you want to just deposit your check whether or not the checks are issued by this institution, I witnessed other clients on multiple occasions just show their debit card input a PIN number and get access to cash. My checks are never bouncing, and they are unfair with the client engagement. This location needs a nice audit, Dianne and another gentleman I believe alton, or Aldridge made the experience better. 5 stars for them getting my unemployment funds but reasonably I took all cash out of my account after I needed to go home to get 2 forms of id because of the amount of the check I was cashing

I'm so frustrated can't even tell you what happened. If I can give this no stars, I would. That manager needs to get fired, she's never a help, never considerate. How is this lady a bank manager? My mother and I just had its last straw with BOA. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING.

I had an appointment with Cherry Huang (NMLS ID: 2314310) on October 27 at 1:00pm. I got there exactly at 1:00pm but wasn't attended until 1:25pm. I wouldn't have minded to wait if the staff gave me a valid reason for the delay but I was completely blindsided. I asked countless of times for Cherry Huang but was not helped whatsoever. When she did attend me, she was not helpful in anyway. I had multiple questions about opening a business banking account with Bank Of America but the answers were short answers with no reasoning behind them. I am upset about my experience today and unfortunately I am thinking of closing my personal account with them. I wouldn't not like for someone to experience this specially if you trusting the bank to put your money.

I came to open a new account without an appointment. I was weary of going here because of the poor reviews and low stars but my choices were limited. From the moment I walked in to when I walked out, I had a great experience. I was pleasantly greeted, checked up on while waiting, and kept in the loop by the staff communicating updates.

UNRELIABLE! Got there at 3:28pm on a Saturday, Google also says they're open until 4pm. The only things that are available are the ATMs.
