I only read 2 posts and I felt the need to comment. Banks are just as busy as Doctor office, you never see you Doctor on time. Whether your using the ATM or speaking to a teller or a specialist, I would hope they aren't rushing and screwing up or miscounting your money.

Absolute worst bank ever with the worst customer support. FYI like half the locations in SF are temporarily closed but even their own customer support people don’t know which locations are closed and for how long. If I never have to interact with this garbage bank again I will die a happy woman

The lack of professionalism of its staff makes one doubt whether to continue with the bank. One of her workers got upset because she couldn't cash the check for me and I told her that I could deposit it from my phone and she threw the check at me on the desk and told me to do whatever I want.

This place sucks. Took the bus during traffic hours down here and arrived at 4:42. I needed to open a simple checking account and was told it was to late ...make an appointment for tomorrow. What happened to customer service, no one wanted to stay an extra 10 minutes to open a new account? Unhelpful manager never gave me the chance to tell him I would be funding the account with a $60k cashier's check. I just became a western fan and will be visiting wells Fargo tomorrow.

Some lady who was helping me with a wire transfer just got up, slammed the door open so everyone in the bank turned their head and walked out of the room in anger. She didnt say why. Wierdest thing that has EVER happened to me at any business. Not knowing what to do I just left. So crazy!!! What just happened??

I had a really bad experience with a teller name Ann, she is kind of fat and on a darker tone skin color. I was there to deposit some cash plus some coins, she asked me to count and I did and then she dropped fee coins, I was trying to help by pointing it out and she raised her hands like "I'm not touching that" kind of attitude. Then she recount everything, seriously, if you are going recount everything, why do you ask me to do it in the first place. I tried to call into the branch to complain, but per usual nobody pick up the phone. Hope this branch close and Ann lose her job.

I received an alert on Monday that my credit report was being pulled by BofA, I immediately went to 1 Powell branch. The employee in front brushed me off. He asked if I had a BofA credit card which I replied yes. He then stated they can run credit reports on me whenever they desired. I explained to him, I felt this was fraudulent activity but he continued not to care. Now 3 days later, I get a text message from BofA letting me know my new card was approved. I went back and told them they were lazy. He never bothered to look if someone had fraudulently opened an account in my name. NICE GOING BOFA.

That's my first and I am sure the last time writing a review on YELP since the customer service are terrible as f**** I was being treating like a s*** in here the whole time. I can never figure out why the banker here can be that mean and disrespectful. People who are looking at this review and have not decide to go to which boa in sf, you are lucky, cause you still have chance to choose not to be treating like a s**** DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! Btw I have saw all the reviews on YELP and I knew tons of people are saying the customer service is horrible but I looked up on the website which the page showed "We've made changes to better serve you". I was wrong, I should trust most people but not a website page. I bet they would never make a change.
