Elizabeth helped me a lot to understand how to use my digital wallet and to be able to use the digital card at the ATM. I am grateful to her because I am one of the people who still finds it difficult to use technology but I am extremely grateful for her patience and kindness.

This isn't a bank. I came here to break a 20$ and they told me they hadn't had tellers for 3 months. A waste of time.

This place is horrible. There was no front desk, and I waited nearly an hour for a clerk to come to me. I was shocked by their efficiency, I would have been told where and how long to wait in other BofA, and here I was given no instructions at all. I was even more annoyed that their card reader was broken and they couldn't give me the Cashier's Check. I've wasted a precious hour here doing nothing. I went to another bank where I did everything in just 5 minutes. I'm never coming here again.

Worst customer service imaginable (yes, even worse than Comcast--who is getting better). If you overpay them it will take two weeks to get your money back. Each telephone call is a minimum of 10 minutes because they keep transferring you to the "right department" and they constantly repeat themselves--"May I have your account number please?" And, "this call is being recorded for training purposes." They are like mind-numb robots that can answer any questions by themselves. Stick with smaller regional or local banks that value your business.

Literally we standing here, and no tellers, while two employees sitting at the desks chitchatting. Can't it get worse than this in terms of customer service?!

They could not cash a check because the government did not have money and what is the problem if there is money in the checking account, they made many excuses that they will deposit the check and that they could withdraw it within a week, they asked for the bank card, they put the pin asked for the ID twice he asked for the bank card and asked for the social security number there I already told him why there was so much trouble cashing a check that if he were going to deposit it it would have worked out better to deposit it at the ATM and he wouldn't have had so many problems and I told him not to do anything anymore and to give me a check and cancel the transaction, he threw me the check and the ID and I left that bank I went to the bank that is 1640 van ness there I got it on holidays without any problem this bank had 4 Haveverts boxes serving customers
