Don't come to this Bank of America. I wanted to withdraw money. This Asian guy who is wearing a light blue collar shirt with a black vest. He's the teller in the middle window. He just threw my money and not putting inside the envelope. No hi or bye. He needs to learn more about customer experience. He was rude ass hell. It happen about 3:45pm. I would never coming back to this Bank of America ever again. He needs to fix his attitude.

Do not bank here. I tried to deposit a check here through the ATM. HUGE mistake. One machine was broken with a paper sign on it. I should have walked out. I went to the other machine to deposit my check. The amount showed as wrong so I pushed the button to return the check and the machine ate it and would not return it. The staff printed receipt and the receipt for the wrong amount was shown ($3,000 less than it should have been). Manager told me at night it would be fixed when the correct amount would be entered in. I also called customer service that night to advise them of the situation and was told it would be resolved. WRONG! Next day it was still showing wrong amount. I spent over two hours with customer service to get a credit issued for the correct amount after having to escalate several times. I am still going to have to call back in to reverse an overdraft charge. I have been with BofA most of my life and have substantial assets there in wealth management and this is how I was treated. The machines at that branch are shoddy and dysfunctional. DO BETTER Bank of America.

I would NOT bank with BofA. Not easy to bank with- Been a Bof A customer for 15years plus and I do not think I've enjoyed BofA service ever. Maybe a few times. But you have stolen enough money from me over the years.. Last night might be the final straw I'm currently up to 11 code verification texts. Enough already! I don't work for you... After 2 hours and multiple password resets I'm still trying to finish what I started. I have three accounts each with savings and checking, 2 business and 1 personal and trying to transfer and pay vendors has not been smooth and easy. I understand security features, but I followed your instructions over and over again and got in!! Yea!!but somehow now this morning I'm locked out of my accounts and called BofA and I'm on hold waiting......still waiting......still waiting to fix this.......I should have just written a check . BofA is not my future of banking. And Zella...why? I have PayPal and Venmo and those are quick and easy.

I use the business banking part of this bank, but half the time it isn't open. If someone is on vacation, or not there, there should be no reason I still can not use that side of the bank. I let a manager know I don't feel comfortable taking money out in front of that many people and was told to still wait in line, and I can grab the cash from the business side.....???? Reason I couldn't pull money from the business side was because someone was out and "no one else has computer access." Not any manager??? Especially when I expressed my concern and I was still told to go to the normal tellers. Instead of having management consistently coming up and greeting me asking how my day was, it'd be nice to actually have the services able to be utilized. Time and effort should be put into making sure your services provided are accessible. Shoutout to Hazel & Remilyn for always being able to get me in and out of BAO quick & easy!

Why is there only two tellers working when there is a long line of about 10 people waiting?! We just got off of work, it's 4:00pm, c'mon and get it together BOA.

I've had the misfortune of visiting this branch several times over the last few months. It's been an ordeal each time. Today they informed me that they - a bank - would not accept the cash I was trying to deposit into someone's account. That pretty much renders them - a bank - useless IMO.

I hate this place!! When you come in, expect to wait 20-30mins to see a teller. I swear I want to switch banks just because of the wait times. They only have 1-2 tellers working at any given time. Expect to spend your lunch hour here.

Absolutely the worst worst worst bank. They consistently only have 1 teller working during their busiest times and they never do anything about it. I've stood in this line for over 30 minutes multiple times. Get it together BofA.

Why do we put up with such poor customer service?? We have so many options and we go back to the same place over and over to be abused by these large companies. I don't believe there is one good thing about Bank of America, so why do I keep coming back, creature of habit. I will close my Wealth Management account and move over to Bank of the West and see if they can do a better job. Really all they need is to have a few clerks on staff during busy times. Having a decent branch manager that understands customer service and can count to ten. If we expect more we get more.

This is a review only for Loan Cao, a loan officer in this office. We both have stellar credit and high income. We went to Loan because her branch was very close to our apt. She was initially nice and responsive. However, after we entered into contract in purchasing a condo in sf, the nightmare began. After a billion of requests for various documents, and appraisal, they said our loan was conditionally approved about 20 days into escrow. We kept asking if we would close on time and they said yes(in email). Except 6 business days before closing date, they emailed us out of nowhere and said the property is rejected. Mind u we could lose tens of thousands but they didn't even bother to call. Just a line in the email, saying it's rejected with no real explanation why. Of course we were furious, and totally in shock. We started looking for a second lender 5 days before closing date but were lucky that the seller granted a extension on closing date, so we didn't have to lose our earnest money. Worst of all this, all the people involved in this loan from boa side, none of them even said 'sorry' once, not even once. They stopped replying to our emails also. So not only they were careless in handling the loan and dragged on for 20+ days before rejecting it, they also didn't even have the decency to apologize. I would never recommend anyone to get a loan with them. Now this part is a new update. To make matters even more unbelievable, a day after I posted this review, which was also 5 days post the initial closing date, and 10 days after they stopped talking to us after rejecting the loan, BOA contacted me out of nowhere, again in email, telling us that the loan got approved. I don't know if it was a pure coincidence or it was the power of social media... but regardless, it's beyond ridiculous what they do...

I have been banking at BofA for probably over 20 years. And, this is the only BofA branch I frequent. To be more precise, I rarely use the actual branch itself where the tellers are. I use the more private office across the lobby of the same commercial building. There senior private bankers handle special requests and solve issues. Even though this space looks pretty private, it is readily accessible to customers. You can come right in, open the door without appointments. Usually, within a 5 minute wait or less a private banker can help you. Many of them are pretty young. However, they are invariably very mature, professional, and extremely helpful. This area of BofA private bankers is my go-to-place whenever I want to resolve any financial/banking issue as quickly as possible. For the most part, in order to resolve such issues I am done with regular retail bank branches, phone trees, and call center. There is nothing better in terms of service efficiency and quality then to speak in person with a very smart, helpful person that listens and understands your issue the first time around. If this location is convenient for you, I recommend your leveraging the assistance of the private bankers. They are first class.

The ATM ate my deposited money with a failed transaction. The system simply hung on the "Processing Transaction" screen. Luckily I was using the Teller-Assisted ATM inside the branch and the remote teller helped me file a claim. It took about 15mins and the teller was quite helpful filing the claim and promising me that a temporary credit will be issued the next day and they would research the claim as soon as possible. Two weeks later the claim is resolved and the temporary credit has become permanent. I wish those ATMs were better tested and maintained so that no one needs to go through this ordeal again. Also some staff near those ATMs would be nice - I certainly prefer talking to a real person to dialing to a remote teller.

Multiple outside ATMs and it looks like they clean the area. Works for me.

I scheduled an appointment with mortgage consultant Loan Cao for Feb 24 at 12:30pm a month ago. On the day of the appointment I got a call from a Chinese speaking branch associate about half an hour right before the appointment, told me Loan Cao can't make it and had to reschedule. I decided not to go forward to reschedule the appointment and asked her to cancel the appointment rescheduled for March 3. It turns out she did not cancel the appointment for me, I had to personally call their branch on 33 New Montgomery Street to cancel the latter appointment. The worst thing is that after I cancelled the appointment which wasn't supposed to be rescheduled, I got a second phone call from the same associate after 12:30pm(my original appointment time)to inform me that the consultant regained her availability because the previous client cancelled the appointment on her. Hmm, it suddenly struck me that she prioritizes her appointments based on her VIP list instead of adhering to the time slot she ought to be committed. Does these people not realize the image that they project of BOA and respect for other's time? Don't beg clients to come in and then flake out on them.

Sorry you minimum wage workers in SF, but this message is for the fools at the main B of A corporate offices in Dallas TX. These people are the most incompentent bunch of people I've ever had to deal with. What these minimum wage workers do is when they can't answer your question, they forward it to another department of minimum wage workers, put you on hold for an hour and then tell you that a supervisor will call you to help resolve your issue. BS. You would have better luck winning the lottery than one of those idiots ever returning your call. Currently have a paid off line of credit with these fools but trying to get them to remove the lien on title is impossible. Been jerked around for over a month and these morons still haven't removed the lien. Over 40 phone calls to these idiots, well over 6 hours on hold, transferred to over 30 different departments and still no resolve. Attention America, these folks are the real "Déplorables".
