I would like to express my immense gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Elizabeth Salazar at Bank of America. She was, without a doubt, the best bank attendant I have ever met in my life!
Elizabeth was incredibly attentive, helpful and, above all, super human in her care. She was kind enough to answer me in Portuguese, which made all the difference for me. The patience, empathy and clarity with which she explained every detail showed not only her competence, but also a genuine interest in helping.
The experience was so positive that I felt welcomed and valued, something rare in banking services nowadays. Elizabeth truly is an example of professionalism and excellence in customer service.
