I go here at least monthly and would love if they added to their gel color collection and added some fun glitters. They only had 1 silver glitter during the holidays and then they pulled it from the shelf. I understand they are a natural salon but that doesn't mean that they can't have fun options for nails. I am thinking of bringing in my own gel colors, but then whats the point of paying full price?

A wonderful facial experience! Mira was so kind + detail oriented. I left feeling so relaxed + glowy! A great location, ambiance, + session! I highly recommend this spa + will be back!

The quality of the technicians, the clean, non toxic products and the peaceful vibe keep me coming back. I treated myself to a spa day at Bamboo Spa while on vacay. Bobo took care of my nails with a gorgeous Dazzle Dry mani and Jinny restored my feet with the Sayonara pedi. Jenny hooked up the eyebrows, helped to correct and reshape them, they look amazing now. Then topped off the day with a fantastic massage by Jessica, she smoothed out my worst spots and eased my travel pains. The whole experience was seamless, the staff professional and friendly.

Bad experience, would strongly recommend avoiding. While the place looks pretty and has a great menu of services, so many things were wrong about the experience.
1) The pedicure lady poured burning hot green tea on my feet and instead of apologizing for the accident, kept ON blaming me for not “paying attention to where my feet is in the bowl”.
2) I went for a relaxing experience but literally could not relax because the manicure and pedicure staff kept talking non-stop in asian language. I requested them twice to keep the voice low and not talk at my head, but no acknowledgement whatsoever - and within few mins they would just start talking loudly among themselves again (while working on my nails!)
3) Even though we booked one of their most expensive manicures, the service time was much shorter than they advertised on their website. They literally just rubbed one cream before applying nail paint and that’s it.
4) Despite all of this, at the end even the lady who burned me and was arguing with me non stop came running (literally!) - insisting on a 20% tip.
Overall a waste of money, and not relaxing at all.

Wow. Jessica was the first massage therapist in several years that could truly give me a deep tissue. She put so much work into my poor injured shoulders and I will be able to go the next few weeks without being in so much pain. Will definitely be back!!! Highly highly recommend this spa!!

I have only received a facial from Bamboo Spa, but it was so phenomenal that I had to leave a review. The esthetician from Kazakhstan is one of the most beautiful individuals I have ever encountered! She is genuinely so patient, kind, meek, and intelligent. Her aura, in addition to her skills, made the facial heavenly! Unfortunately, I forgot her name at this time, but I will call the spa to find out! I will certainly be back.

The moment I step inside, I'm met with a warm and a bev of choice.What sets them apart is their exclusive use of Dazzle Dry polishes, free from any harmful chemicals or skin sensitizers, making me feel exceptionally fortunate to have stumbled upon this hidden gem in our neighborhood!Moreover, I recently enjoyed a massage at an amazing price, especially when compared to other local options. It's safe to say that Bamboo Spa has become an essential and treasured part of my self-care routine.

It's a hit and miss for me.Massage services are great, but communication around nail services needs to improve. Way too many rules to follow to get what you pay for.Also no matte nail polishes for men? A bit sexist in my opinion. Not the experience that worth $80.Will be coming back tho, hopefully my feedback will help them improve.

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received! I was in town visiting family and my husband and I were gearing up to get on our flight back to Cleveland. With one day left to galavant around the city my husband surprised me with a massage at Bamboo Spa before our flight later that evening. I would 1000/10 recommend ending a vacation with a massage and this place is great at what they do!
