It's dangerous—in a good way—that this shop is so close. I can't say enough good things about all of my Baggu bags over the years. Favorites being the cloud totes and packing cubes.

The staff were very kind and had good customer service. It's a mystery why there are people who feel uncomfortable here. They answered questions well, and when I visited, the staff was cleaning the store. So I was able to shop comfortably. Highly recommended!

Lots of cute products but the worst customer experience ever!!! The woman behind the counter seemed like she hated being there or hate to have customers at the shop. I showed the picture of the product I am interested and she just pointed at the wall. It was hard to take the product out. She did not care whether a customer was struggling to get the product. I asked for help. She got the bag from the back and threw it on the table. I just noticed that there are so many bad reviews about the customer service. I am not sure why the company does not care about the customer service. I bought the product but I feel terrible after the purchase.

Employees were literally so friendly and welcoming!! It was kind of busy, the store is small so it's very easy for it to feel crowded - but the two working the counter were well organized and created a great atmosphere for shoppers! They had a great selection, and I definitely picked up some cute stuff to bring home! Will be stopping by again very soon, can't wait to go back! Bags range from 14$ for reusable (depends on size), and their shoulder and crossbody bags can range from 30$-$64ish depending on what style. What they have out is what they have in stock. There is one of each style in each color out on the floor, and when you are ready to check out, you tell an employee what you want and they will grab it from the back for you!! Since they are a bag store, they do not offer paper bags to carry your bags... obviously. I'm glad they don't. The employee opened one of the bags I was buying and packed everything I got in there for me. I'm so grateful we have Baggu here in San Francisco!

Bad and rude customer service ever.Looks like I am not the only one after browsing all other reviews.Owner!!!please read this!Read all other reviews!And fire whoever the sales is!If the rude lady is the owner!Then go do something else!Play doom day at home all day!don’t open a shop….and ruin everyone’s Valencia St experience.Anyway love the bag itself.

The worst customer experience ever! My friend and I are visiting from Vancouver, Canada and were super excited to visit the store. However, that excitement soon died down. The lady behind the counter just seemed like she really hated her job as she never acknowledged us and consistently gave us deadly stares. As we were trying on different bags, she would come and grab the bags and rudely put them back to where they were as we were causing the biggest inconvenience to her. This happened at least 3-4 times and she never offered any assistance. Although we both ended up purchasing from the store, I would warn people to never go to this location unless you want to be treated like garbage!
