I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always been super friendly and helpful! I don’t know much about cars and they alway answered all my questions. Prices seem fair too, one time my window was stuck down and I couldn't afford for them to fix it permanently but they gratuitously got it to stay up at no charge!! I was very grateful.

I was in a super tight spot being 300 miles away from home with a coolant leak. They were completely professional and took care of everything that was needed and I was able to make it home in time!

B&W is an honest shop.
I took my Nissan Frontier in for an AC check up after finding them randomly in Google. They did the work, fair price and I took my car. After about 11.5 months the AC on my truck suddenly stopped cooling again and took it back to B&W. They said they found a leak and they fixed the issue and the car was ready. We picked up the car and they let us know that the service was free since it was under a year since they fixed it and their labor warranty was 1 year. They apologized for not catching the leak issue a year ago and needless to say I was a happy customer.
I’m switching my business to them and you should too.

I'm from out of town and needed a brake light switch replaced in my 1988 Bronco II. I got the part from AutoZone and they fit me in that same day and had it done within an hour. ?

Superior service, friendly staff, completely honest, reasonable prices. I thought I needed a complete brake replacement and a brake fluid flush the only recommended service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

What can I say? Have used them from time to time over the last twenty years.And they are always very personable and family and honest!!! Today they actually referred me somewhere else where I might be able to get a better price. This is the kind of authenticity and care that you need from a car care shop. Very rare to find! I trust them very much because they are so real!!! Nowhere else I'd rather go in the entire bay area than to B and W. It stands for Benevolent and Wonderful. Well, not really, but you get the idea!!!

So impressed and happy! We made an appointment for this morning (a week back) to get our 2012 Subaru Outback’s spark plugs and timing belt replaced. I dropped the car off at 9am, where I also received an immediate, transparent estimate from their office manager (which made me feel confident I wasn’t being ripped off). I was quoted a total of $1,668 for this job, which is also what I was charged at the end! I was genuinely shocked to receive a call at 3:45pm that the car was ready to be picked up — since the car was recently in a different auto shop for a grueling 1.5 weeks where we would go multiple days without any updates (the week of our wedding!) — where they said getting the timing belt replaced would take an extra 3-5 days — so this process feeling soooo easy and straightforward and fast comparatively is such a welcome relief. Thank you, B&W service center!!!!!

B&W always comes through for me. Very easy to get appointments online. I brought in my Audi as the brakes were squeaking. Lucky for me, it was just the rotor. Quick and honest, and I had my car back by noon. Thanks B&W!

I took my car in since my front brakes needed attention. B&W was fast, reasonably priced, and had fantastic customer service. I appreciated that they had accurate wait time estimates. I also liked that they called with a quote before working (something my old mechanic didn’t always do). No up-selling either! It was easy to make a same week appointment online and when I needed to reschedule by a couple hours, they were able to handle that easily too. I’ll be going back!

I chose B & W Service Center because of the great reviews. The reviews were spot on! The service was great and the customer service was even better! I am going back again next week for tires! I have extended family and number of cars that require repairs and service, and for the past 10 years I used B&W Auto Service with excellent results. Work was done correctly, with care and at reasonable price.
I recommend you give them a try and start using them to keep your car healthy and save some money on repairs.
