This is a cute, local business in the heart of Hayes Valley. They carry tons of rings, necklaces, sunglasses, and a wide set of jewelry. I got my mom these pearl necklaces here all thanks to the help of Gabe who walked me through what would be the best fit for my mom. He helped me pick the perfect gift and she loved the pearls! I highly recommend this spot! Support local!

I was here a few weeks ago looking for gifts for my girlfriends. Found super cute rings and when I asked if the rings were mid-ring, I received the typical and stereotypical response: yes. And it felt so uncomfortable like I was not welcome in the tiny space in my own native City. Also, it looks like my original review was removed so I am taking time so that others can beware. Pretentious vibes do not belong in the City. I purchased my 10 gifts elsewhere

As someone who loves sentimental and meaningful jewelry, I have to say that Yijunmca Best Friend Necklaces Set absolutely exceeded my expectations! This gorgeous set is extremely well-made and the attention to detail is incredible. The pendants are the perfect size and weight, and they don't feel heavy or bulky when worn. What I love most about this necklace set is the sweet message that they convey. It's a wonderful way to share your friendship with someone special and a daily reminder of how much they mean to you. The engraving is neat and precise, and it looks beautiful in person.

Love their jewelry, very affordable, and great customer service. I got a pair of huggie earrings from Azil, and after theclosure on one broke, they replaced the earring without any trouble. Just purchased a necklace from them as a holiday gift as well!

Super cute stuff but the person behind the counter could care less. Didn't help at all or ask if I wanted to see anything. I did at one point ask if the rings were different sizes, but I got a simple yes. I saw some cool stuff behind the glass but just left. I like to support places who take pride in the customer experience.

My boyfriend spent over $600-$700 on my dream 3 piece necklace. We're not rich so this was a big deal. It kept getting tangled so I went back and they revealed for $35 they could add a clasp that's would divide the 3 necklaces. A) why they didn't mention this before, I don't know. B) one of the workers puts on the clasp. He does so backwards, but says it won't affect anything other than I have to clasp it awkwardly with left hand so I say ok reluctantly C) Said 3 piece necklace, due to putting clasp on backwards, would open and fall off my neck but I'd notice cause it was so big, so I was concerned but never thought I'd lose it. The plan was to go to store and have them fix the clasp but business hours were not always consistent or conducive to my schedule... finally my necklace falls off outside at Golden Gate park, when I didn't notice and it gets lost!! I was devastated! This is 100 percent all due to the clasp, not my specific human error, other than wearing it thinking i would totally notice if clasp defaulted, as it did. I call them devastated telling the store how my $700 necklace my bf got me, fell off and was lost ( within 1-2 months of purchase ) due to this faulty clasp put on backwards by their staff ... Lisa / the store had nothing to say about it: no offering to allow me to replace it with a one time discount, or acknowledge their huge part in this, even though it happened due to the staff mistake/ laziness not to redo the job they acknowledged they did backwards ( happened to be done by the one guy who works there). This happened a year ago now and I'm still upset about it. This is a small business in my neighborhood that I want to support and love, and I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is just bad business. I pass it all the time and their stuff is gorgeous, but I will never shop here again unless they reach out (message me here if you want to make this right ) and take accountability for selling me a $700 3 piece necklace with clasp backwards, which 100 percent caused this, and offer some type of one time discount so I can try to replace it with something. I want to feel good about this place and my experience, but how could a business conduct themselves like this ?

I love their jewelry and think it's fairly good value. I've ordered from them many times in the past year and usually am very satisfied with the earrings I have received. My most recent order, which I received about a month and a half ago, wasn't such a good experience. One of the cubic zirconia stones fell out within two weeks after I started wearing the stud. I've tried reaching out to customer service to no avail. They totally ignore customer service requests - I guess you're SOL once they get your money.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their jewelry!!! I never take it off and get so many compliments. I love that it's local, and the girls in the shop are so nice and helpful. They have really high quality pieces and are able to customize the lengths to their necklaces and bracelets!
