I have been servicing my truck at Autostop for over a decade now. I completely trust Harrison and his team for repairs and regular mainenance.
They communicate well, provide excellent service, and finish the work efficiently and promptly.
His team goes above and beyond with excellent service every time I bring my truck in to AutoStop.

I have been a loyal customer since 2013. The main reason I give the shop 5 stars is because Harrison, since day 1, has been extremely patient with me asking lots of questions with my little mechanical aptitude. The whole team is friendly and helpful. They are an honest crew and all good at explaining things so even I can understand. Cars can be a big headache, so I am grateful to have auto stop on my side to help me get through the regular maintenance and keep my cars running at prices i can afford.

My girlfriend took her minivan into the shop to get a oil change and when we did the rapidly no problems with the car. Upon leaving there was a strange rattling noise coming from the engine and when we asked the mechanic and the guy who owned the place they both refused to help us and told us to make an appointment in which we did and they still refused to help us or even acknowledge us. I'm not sure how this guy got good reviews but he definitely ripped us off and caused my girlfriend $550 in repairs

My experience here was great. I brought in my truck because it had the maintenance light on, and I needed to submit a smog check to the DMV. I picked it up about 3 hours later and the cost was fair. I do not feel that they overcharged me at all. Harrison met me at the front counter and explained some repairs that would be needed in the near future. They submitted the smog electronically and I noticed that my truck drives very smoothly since visiting this shop. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my Subaru here for 9 years and they’re always super helpful and friendly. Last time I needed an oil change they even fixed two minor things without charging me. Definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for years -- this has been my go-to auto shop for the past 10+ years. Harrison and his team are fantastic - professional and honest and overall it's always a positive experience. I moved out of SF over 4 years ago and I still come here for any auto needs because it's hard to find a trustworthy place and this place is definitely trustworthy.

We’re traveling from out of state and ended up with a flat as our son is being treated at UCSF.
The two nicest guys helped us out so fast and fixed our flat. We desperately need our car so we are so thankful for them getting us in and out. Would recommend for any family. They were also super considerate of our son who just got out of his chemo treatment

This auto shop appears to prioritize profit, as they seem friendly when the car issue could lead to higher earnings for them. Conversely, if the problem is minor and less lucrative for the shop, they might exhibit rudeness and decline repair services immediately.

I called to make an appointment and they confirmed that I was coming in for a simple oil change. We also confirmed my car's make and model. However, when I showed up for my appointment , they checked that I was there for the oil change then told me that they didn't have the right filter and rescheduled for a week later. I wish they had called me ahead of time that they didn't have the parts instead of waiting for me to go all the way there. I'll update my review after next week if I'm able to get my service done

Great honest place. I came in to get my oil changed thinking I should be doing it every 6 months. They took my car in and saw that the oil still had plenty of life left. Called me back and explained that I don’t need a change, and didn’t charge me for the hassle. Love this place, and will be back again!

I came in to schedule a smog check. And they just happened to be free so did it right there and then. It literally took seven or eight minutes, enough to grab a coffee from across the street. So far I've enjoyed your service and will keep coming back.
