Top notch experience from top to bottom. Chris gave me a quote over the phone that was less than half of the quote from Motor Music in Daly City (for same job, same materials). Based on that and the good reviews on Yelp, I made an appointment. He did the job quickly (installing sound deadening sheets) and charged me less than his original quote. He also gave me some advice that, if followed, would not bring him additional work, so that was ethical. And by the way, he did a great job.... highly recommended!

I love these guys. Chris and team have been helping me out and working with me for over 6 years now. They stand behind their products and know their stuff. They just upgraded my JL Audio aftermarket system in a GTMC Maz with the latest bluetooth and a fresh tuning. Sounds amazing and also confirmed K40 system they installed some time ago is working perfectly. I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone in the Bay Area who needs a great car and home audio guy that can do anything and who is honest and fair and does amazing work.

Audio Symphony updated the sound in my old school Tacoma truck. The new speakers sound a million times better than to stock speakers, and the installation was fast. I made an appointment, dropped the truck off, and picked it up at the end of the day. They are COVID conscious and are respectful of personal space, so you don't have to worry about your space being invaded during a pandemic. The construction out front is a bit confusing, but they have their own private driveway / access to their shop just off of Pine Street behind the gas station. They used the existing, original speaker space to install the new ones, so everything looks the same, but the sound is MUCH better! They also insulated inside the doors, keeping the sound inside the cab. I use the truck for off road adventure, and they assured me the connections would be solid and not come loose. They also made it known that they stand behind their work and product and would address any future concerns should they arise. All in all, a great shop - These guys have been around for years and years and I highly recommend them.

These guys did a great job for me and were super helpful. I recently got a used car and wanted to upgrade the headunit. I went to Best Buy thinking it would be easy. Big mistake. They wired it all wrong and it made a loud static noise. The speakers were blasting and practically ready to blow our at a olvide of 4 or 5.These guys fixed it in a few hours for an affordable price, during covid which was real cool. I'll admit after I left I turned on my lights and they were making a funny noise so I brought it back, and they fixed it real quickly for me. Works like a dream.

We are in lockdown but store open for installations by appt. Got there a little early. Needed wiring for my new dashcam installed. Pleasant rep. Let me in, filled out some paperwork and he got started. Walked around the neighborhood for awhile. Work done in under an hour. Works great. Most wiring tucked out of sight.

Hatch helped me install an amp, subwoofer, and dial in my 2017 RDX. Was fair and transparent through whole buying process, wasn't pushy, and did the work in a timely cost effective manner. Came back a year later after I accidentally snapped the prongs and he fixed it on the spot. Highly recommend this SF car audio shop for any audio car work. He'll give you an honest fair answer and will work hard to make sure you're happy

I never thought to write a good review for them till now. I purchased a blue tooth Pioneer Audi with Back up Camera in Feb 2018. I noticed that lines of the back mirror is more triangular than square. So I called them if there is a software update available for the unit. They said it's adjustable by setting. So I went the shop last Saturday. And they showed me how I can adjust the line the way I want. I feel their customer service is outstanding and highly recommend if you want to install a blue tooth backup camera for your vehicle. Quite often sales people are nice when you try to buy something. But after you buy a item, most salesman don't care about the service. But they are different. Hatch took care my issue. He is excellent. Thank you very much.

Audio Symphony sold and installed an after-market Apple Car Play, digital receiver in my Acura MDX. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and the customer service. The new device works perfectly in my vehicle, and looks great. They are extremely friendly informative and responsive to all my questions. First rate operation, would go back again - highly recommend.
