The staff here are so welcoming and lovely! Found the exact dress I was looking for and a few extra pieces I was expecting but really enjoyed how they looked. Store is well laid out and has a lot of great stuff. Would definitely come back here again!

The staff here was so lovely. I went in hoping in to find black leggings in a size 2 or 3X and was helped immensely by three (THREE) employees! The store only had two pairs of leggings in sizes that could work for me, but those three employees did everything to make sure that that was truly the full extent of what they had in stock. I could tell that they truly wanted to help me, and that matters more to me than they’ll ever know. I’ve walked past this location many times and not gone in because of the general anxiety that comes with shopping in-person while fat, but this single store has given me hope. Thank you.

I've never been a customer of Athleta so wasn't sure what to expect but I had a fantastic experience at this branch as well as the Sutter's one. The store associates were extremely kind and the store and fitting rooms were clean and spacious - the fitting rooms in particular felt very personal and chic. The associates helped me find an item and looked up the item at a different branch for me. The experience was so great - it reminded me how special in-store shopping experience can be compared to online!

If I could pick only one brand to live in, this would be it. It’s the ticket for the most comfortable, durable, stylish stuff ever. And the customer service is consistently on the ball—responsive, kind, oriented toward solution, e.g. they actually advertise that you can “test” it out, which is exactly what I did with a pair of leggings, pants, a top and hoodie. As it turns out, I did not need to return anything, but loved knowing that if I needed to, I wouldn’t get a hassle from them. Their products, return policy, service, ethos, etc. all of it is on point. I especially love this location because of their extensive sale rack selection.

The staff is very nice, but I had a really bad experience at check out. I was exchanging an item I received as a gift and had the original receipt for, and the sales person returned it to original source of payment without waiting for me to confirm it was mine and then could not reverse the return. So I lost the item because i was not going to go back to the person who gave it to me to ask for another gift. They offered me a 20% discount on one of the 3 items I was purchasing which was a small fraction of what I lost. The sales person said she tried "making it right" with the discount. It was so disappointing because I don't take time to go to the store these days because I'm juggling work and child during Covid and then I had this experience.

I enjoyed my shopping experience a couple of weeks ago. Needed a pair of "nice" joggers so I decided to stop at this store. The staff was so helpful and the selection was terrific. I was able to try on several pairs and what sold me was they offered free hemming! I'm 5' 2" so standard sizes are ALWAYS an issue. I love my flannel lined, utility joggers. I'll be back soon to check out some hoodies. I wanted to leave this review because I had such a difficult experience at the Lululemon store in Union Square. Everything was too long and the staff didn't offer to let me try on anything, so I left empty handed and the atmosphere was rather gloomy. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed my experience. Both the friends who accompanied me also bought leggings, thank you Athleta.
