Would give zero stars if I could. My company has been using Asana for nearly a year and I have had more headaches and frustration than anything. They make changes (not beneficial ones) to the platform and do not inform you or give you a way to go back to the more efficient version. Reaching customer service is an absolute JOKE!! They only provide email service which wastes my time as I have to go back and forth multiple times just explaining my issue because they don't get it. A phone conversation would have taken care of the problem in just a few minutes. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Are zero stars possible? After overcharging our company for years, customer service could not care less to address multiple issues on licenses, and being charged for licenses that were clearly used and for a service which we never signed up for. Stay away from them and make 100% sure that they don’t put you on some “enterprise”’plan with 25 licenses that you don’t use. F Minus, Zero Stars….

They completely avoid talking to their customers. There is no phone number to call if you have an urgent situation. They only use email for communication and I have now been waiting 4 hours for someone to respond. I have an urgent situation that I needed to resolve 4 hours ago and still nothing. ZERO customer service.UPDATE: They finally emailed me back! 5 days later! So much for URGENT and they still refuse to call me. I have been trying to use Asana for my company all week. They do not offer support beyond email, and the people who work the email support line are not helpful. They send automated emails from bots and form letters instead of understanding the problem and helping out. So far, I haven't been able to get my company signed up. If you need project management software don't be tempted to use Asana for your business- they do not provide support and you will regret it.

After using Asana for several months, the software didn't adress the needs for my small consulting business, although I believe it works out pretty good for bigger businesses. I adressed both customer service and sales service for cancellation. I've sent my accountnumber to both of them. Suprisingly customer services couldn't even find my account and didn't act. Sales gave me the right information. When I started with Asana it took minutes to get an account, but when I asked for cancellation it took several days. Customer services replied negative several times, always mentioning "security protocol" as an excuse for not acting. It proved that the security protocol was not necessary, according to the information I got from sales service.

The systems sends eMails while i deactivated my accounts. That really sucks. Why you can not delete the account if i wish it!

We Paid $400 for nothing. Had trouble getting the service going. Didn't use the service and asked for a refund for the unused months remaining. Asana didn't have to setup anything for us. They simply took our card and ran. They won't process a credit for services never used or ever rendered. Slimmy.

This is pretty much the most exciting office i have ever seen. We had a super friendly team of different personalities showing us around and having lunch with us. We talked about how to use asana to get teams to work more structured. I felt highly convinced that the software is an amazing task management tool.
