This is my second time ever getting a manicure done (I’ve had pedicures before). This shop was really patient with me as my friend gave me the wrong place and I arrived 15min late for our appointment. The place was in a good area and the place looked well kept/clean/nice.
They had like 3–4 people working on at any given time, but always made sure I was comfortable. The pedicure went well and relaxing. For the gel manicure I asked for the silver detail and they gave me the all inclusive cost which was a really good, fair price! As I was getting my pedicure the workers cross checked and made sure it was up to pare. Jennie recommended a lighter clear nude base so the silver can pop. Then Lan or Linh (forgive me I have bad hearing) came in with the designs! She’s amazing and has been doing this for 7 years. She even asked if I wanted to do a pop of spray gradient underneath and swatched the colors so I knew which one was right. I AM SOOO HAPPPY with the result!! I’m definitely coming back again!

DISHONEST. BAD BUSINESS. This is a review about this salon overcharging me and cutting my cuticles. I didn't get the name of anyone but the older woman with glasses seemed to be running the place. I went in for a gel polish change on acrylics. They asked me several times if I wanted a fill I said no. I just got the fill yesterday but changed my mind on the color. My fault is that I didn't ask the price ahead of time but doesn't give them the right to gouge me. After the tech removed the polish I was told $60 for polish change only. I said no I'm done. Im leaving now. She charged me $30 to remove the gel. I paid told her I would never be back (I am on the market for a new nail tech and this place is close to my apt.) and I'm leaving this review as I am polishing my nails myself and burning my nail beds bc my cuticles are all cut up.

I cannot recommend this salon for dip powder. I popped in between appointments at Mt Zion, and I thoroughly regret it. I've never had a manicure that was painful in the past, not sure what went wrong here but my fingers are still stinging the next day, it feels like there are little cuts all over. Even if the polish was perfect the pain isn't worth it to it to me right now, but the polish is far from perfect- it is on my cuticles and skin. My thumb's cuticle was bleeding over top of the manicure. They were very apologetic and sweet but I sincerely wish I had never gone in the first place. The residual stinging is a constant reminder of my manicure mistake.

So ridiculous! Paying a lot of money for nail art is unacceptable! Very poor art job! I pay for the profession of art, not for practice, so don't scam me. She did a rough job, and my nail was so painful. All of my girl friend companions frequent this establishment; they receive exquisite manicures, and some of them even speculate that I may have approached the wrong lady, so not everyone does good art here; therefore, I would not recommend anyone come here visit. Pice: way too pricey

Came here with a friend for a mani pedi. Tried nail art on my ring fingers to get into the season. Glad that we made an appointment. A couple of girls came in without and squeezed them in but they had to wait a bit. My gel nails lasted about a little over a week and a half before it started chipping. Pretty good for me as it usually starts chipping after a week.

Got my nails done w regular polish, everything was to my satisfaction! I didn't catch my manicurist's name but everyone there was kind and focused on their client. Got done super quick too and the equipment was sanitized. It's a casual place, I would say the usual fare for the price point they offer. The only thing for me was that the smell of chemicals there was so strong, it was like breathing fumes even through my KF94 mask. Overall would recommend you try!

My go-to mail spot. Open 7 days a week which is rare for a nail salon! Good quality (my gel lasts forever) and they can be quick if you're in a rush.

Great experience! I got my acrylics w custom gel designs on each finger for probably double the cost of my usual basic gel acrylics. It was totally worth it. They had 2 people buffing and prepping my nails. The art was super collaborative and detailed. They lasted me 8 weeks. They would last longer but I took them off because they weren’t a practical length anymore. They lasted through trips, festivals, daily sports and workouts.

Artistic is the best nail salon in the area! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. I have had my nails done my different employees and I have been satisfied every time. They really care about their work and customer satisfaction. Kim is also the best at waxing. They do get busy quick so if you are walking-in you may have to wait. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time.
