Arkadiy was extremely helpful and generous with his time. Being a master at what he does, he's not a man of many words but knows his craft. He helped with an important watch to me and I'll be back soon for some additional work on others. A real watchmaker, especially with decent prices is not easy to find. I'm glad I found Arkadiy.

I recently visited Arkadiy for the first time with two vintage soviet era watch. I had previously gone to another place and they were unfamiliar with the watches and had quoted me a completely unreasonable price. Arkadiy was friendly and knew exactly what I had. After a few minute my watch was serviced and in my hand! I will definitely be going back again.

I've been going here for years. He does an excellent job at repairing and maintaining my Rolex and Cartier watches. Other "repair" places in the Bay Area send their hardest ones to him. Pricing is extremely reasonable!

Arkadiy is the BEST! He has helped me with my Ladies Presidential Rolex for over 20 years. I’ve purchased others from him as well. Prior to being referred to Arkadiy I shopped at teo other Rolex stores…after working with Arkadiy there’s no need to go elsewhere.
