Rick and his team made a custom front door for my home. He was very meticulous with measurements and refused to simply build it to standard dimensions. He stated he makes customs windows and doors and wanted to ensure the door was sized appropriately. I appreciated the honesty and pride he takes into his business.

We are a carpentry company and have used these guys several times for our window replacement. Let me tell you, every time there is an issue. They ALWAYS take measurements wrong and make the wrong size window. We know sometimes things happen but it's every time
This last time they told me the window was ready i drove 1 hr to pick it up and when i get there they could not find it. I had to come again another day
Very unprofessional.
They always have an excuse or try to blame it on you.
We gave them a lot of chances but no good.
Never going back there again

Don't bother. I left multiple messages and never heard back. How can you run a business like that. It's just plain rude and offensive.

Rick and his team replaced about 15 double hung and casement windows in our 1935 San Francisco home, and did a terrific job. They were careful and thorough in their preparation and their clean up, and the windows and hardware are great quality and work well. We are very pleased, and felt very comfortable with them during their work in our home. They were recommended by our neighbors, who had Rick replace a number of their old windows several year previously.

I replaced 10 window on the front of my Victorian duplex in San Francisco. I'm very happy with the windows. They look great and best of all they dramatically reduced the outside street noise. I also feel more secure with the safety glass that was used. Rick and his team were very professional and the installation went very smoothly and they left the place in perfect order. The windows look fantastic and I highly recommend Arellano's Wood Windows.

Arrellano's replaced our Edwardian's street facing windows. The windows are PERFECT replicas of the originals, with the right profile, dimensions and ogee. They even recycled the original hinges. Rich and his team custom-fit the windows by painstakingly hand-trimming them onsite. The windows are better than the originals: insulated with sound-barriers. Thank you Rick & team.

The large front window on our 1951 home was seriously rotted out, leaking during heavy rains, and not long for this world. It was hard to find a contractor to do the work since it's a relatively small job. But another contractor recommended Arellano's. And they were great. They came out the next day to measure, then constructed the window perfectly, and installed it maybe three weeks after we placed the order. I'd definitely turn to them again when need arises. Arrellano's fabricated and installed 11 replacement wood windows, three of which were curved bay windows, in my San Francisco victorian home. The finished product is perfect: the look is period correct, the quality and projected life of the windows is excellent, the install was efficient and with minimal disruption, and the installed windows meet our objectives of significantly reducing noise and heat transmission (they used triple laminate glass panes). I wouldn't say they're cheap, but the price was quite reasonable for the quality of the work done. They met their original estimates for cost and schedule, and communication and status reporting during the process was clear and useful. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Rick is a consummate professional and excellent craftsman. He and his team did an excellent job replacing one of my ancient windows. And the price is right, especially compared to some other companies whose prices are outrageous. Finally, he's a really nice guy whom you'll enjoy working with. Rick installed some beautiful wood windows in my 1903 Edwardian building. What an improvement from the old aluminum ones, the neighbors all told me my building has never looked better!
