FDA lab testing team for this company is highly unprofessional! They wanted me to stop driving in the middle of high and send them email on specific address. I had general email she said no, you need to send at different one, I told her can she send me quick email but she said no you need write it and email us. I told her i am the customer here trying to get their service, she is making it harder for us to work with them, it seems like they dont care at all. Neither I feel like they would provide the right service if this is the professional level their team work at.
