Something has gone really wrong at Alto. Two of my regularly filled meds are out of stock. Not only this, but Alto did not inform me of this until I tried to refill. These are common drugs. One of them is absolutely essential every day - yet they are out of it for 2 weeks! They're app response is laughable.

Horrible customer service. My prescriptions were charged to my card even though they claimed the amount through insurance completely (not a copay).
