We had a mini-flood in our bathroom which spread into the halls and outside our unit. We called Allied after midnight. Beto and his partner came at 2am and started the work - he and his team followed through for 8 more days, visiting, checking for moisture, and just hand-held us through the removal of the water-damaged materials. Throughout, they were professional, responsible, honest, reliable, and a beacon of calm when we needed help and support. Highly recommend Beto and his team! We are sorry that Allied has had to deal with our insurance company :-(.

The immediate response to my emergency (home flooding) was handled quickly, the water remediation portion of the project, etc. though the communication was less than ideal. I.e. a bit slow to respond, not always clear on what was happening or needed to happen, etc. Those communication and transparency issues quickly compounded while attempting to get an estimate from the company to submit to my insurance for further repair authorization. The first estimate they eventually provided was exorbitant. It included a raft of suspect looking billing charges and included re-painting areas of the home that were completely unaffected by the flooding. I asked that they, please, re-do the estimate for my insurance and only outline the specific areas of the home that needed to be addressed. Then began literal weeks of frustratingly erratic communication. I was assured on several occasions via text or email that they were "working on it", or "sorry for the delay, the project manager is currently out but he'll get back to you soon", and the like. After nearly a month of waiting on a simple, correct, repair estimate I received the following text message: "We are going to cancel on this repair. Sorry about the inconvenience". Further inquiries were ignored. Speaking from painful experience, there is already nothing more stressful than dealing with the aftermath of a flooding issue at your home. You do not need the further aggravation of contending with an uncommunicative company. And, a company who was seemingly only interested in repairing my home if their original, utterly ludicrous and inaccurate, estimate had been accepted by my insurance company. The entire thing, at best, could be described as unpleasant. I would go further and share I think their actions are unethical.Do better, Allied. Potential customers, I recommend you look elsewhere for help.

I had water damage from an overflowing toilet and Allied Restoration was very responsive and able to come out immediately to start remediation. They made a stressful situation a bit easier to get thru with their great customer service and prompt response. David was great to work with and I was very satisfied with the work performed. I hope I don’t have a water leak again but would not hesitate to use their services again!

LEAST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! They will leave you job unfinished and try and charge you thousands of dollars fo uncontracted work. When you try and contact the foreman of the job, in this case, Michael, he will completely ignore you. I left multiple messages at their office for him, on his phone and with other employees. They had another foreman who was running the job at my house who quit Mid job and left a giant mess. 2.5 months later, the job is unfinished, they left their equipment at my house and have still not picked it up. Allied is refusing to finish the job because we refuse to pay the $8000 ransom they tried to charge us which we have no obligation to pay. Keep in mind they are doing this all to a church (the client) Unresponsive when we tried to come to terms with them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GET WORK DONE FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. Very SNAKEY business. I would never trust them to come into my home again. If you want a job done right GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY.

Thank you Allied! I had a terrible faucet leak that was unexpected when we left for a week and returned to find flooding and a total disaster in our four plex. We asked a friend who referred us to Allied and they didnt disappoint. It took a little bit of time but when they were done it was literally as good as new. No hassles, good service, what else could we ask for. And insurance paid for everything! Thank you Allied for a seemless restoration project.

We used Allied for a renovation and we are thrilled with the result! Ashlee was in charge of our project, and she did a wonderful job with the design as well as expediting the work. She really had control of all aspects of the project, and was always more than nice about our questions as well as about going the extra mile. We were so impressed with Allied and Ashlee! Dayna was also essential in making the project a success. Thank you, Allied!

I contacted them for a mold issue in my front bedroom. Called on a Sunday came to quote Monday am. The person who did the quote has no phone number to call him resulting in waiting forever to get a return call on a time-sensitive project as tenants have to go to a hotel. Bid was $6,700 and was open ended. I got a 10% discount as that was a very expensive quote but I was in panic mode to get my tenant back into the unit. I never heard back all day Tuesday and Wednesday the day they would start they backed out using phony excuse gas explosion would be their priority on Wednesday. Sorry, no one is entering those buildings the next day to do the cleanup. Got a new quote that day for 3K cheaper from 2 other companies. Chose the one that could come in Thursday and they did a great job. Unit mold cleared Friday. They claim my credit card was an issue and yes it took a 3 party call with my bank and citibank to get my $8,500 payment to the bank credited that's not why they blew me off. But I'm glad they did as I saved 3K and the claim the walls were filled with moisture was falsely indicated the mold tester found no moisture in walls with his device and opening a section of the wall also showed no moisture. It was room condensation and lack of airflow that created a mold issue.

We had a great experience with Allied. They put our condo back together after a major sink flood. Allied was so quick and professional! I highly recommend hiring them.
