I could not have had a better experience shopping here. Ray was extremely helpful and professional. I tried on 10+ pairs of shoes and was able to find the exact size and style I wanted. I ended up leaving with two new pairs of shoes and a matching belt. I will be a life long customer now. Can’t wait to wear them at my wedding.

Good shoes, bad belts. 3 months only wearing this 150$ Allen Edmonds belt and it looks like that. I let the shop assistant know about it and he didn’t seem much bothered by it. I highly recommend NOT buying a belt there. Their shoes are good though.

Terrible customer service. Walked in for 5 mins ready to spend money for my tuxedo shoes, the guy legit just said no to every question I had. I asked if he knew another store nearby that had velvet loafers and his response was, “no Google it” all within 90 seconds of me entering the store.

Male salesperson made sure I felt unwelcomed in the store. Provided as little as possible information on the item and didn't engage in any conversation. Didn't seem interested at all if I buy the product or not. Going to spend that few hundred dollars on shoes elsewhere.

It is deeply disheartening when a customer's experience falls short of the expected standards of service and respect. As a loyal patron, I feel let down and frustrated by this unfortunate incident. The mistreatment I encountered not only tarnishes the reputation of the specific store but also affects your overall perception of the brand. I Drove about 5.5 hours to visit the San Francisco location and was mistreated by Jay Stratton the manager. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any business, and it is my sincere hope that Allen Edmonds takes the feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to rectify the situation and ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and courtesy they deserve.

Awesome store and even better customer service. Daniel was a store associate you helped me greatly for a wedding. He guided me through the process of selecting shoes for my wide feet and was super patient and friendly. He's my go to person for now on and he's made me a fan of Allen Edmonds.
