This is our go to shop!
This is our 4th time coming here for 3 different cars.
More recently, we were quoted $6500 by another shop ( carmax), And "all tire" ended up doing it for $1600.
Service is great and they are honest. Ben is our guy.
My former shop said I needed a new transmission and I just ended up needing something minor that saved me $$$.

Went to All Tire to get a flat repaired this morning. Owner falsely advises me that all four new tires purchased 6 months ago were balled and needed to be replaced based on one flat tire. Charged me 25 dollars for putting the spare on, same price to fix a flat tire. Drove to Costco tires, found a spare key in the drivers seat like the guy at All Tire looking at the flat tire was trying to make a copy of my key, to come back at a later time and steal my vehicle. Costco replaced the tire. Owner and staff are criminals. Don't use their shop.

I called early morning and talked to Al, friendly and professional. I asked if I could bring my Acura RDX for a Wheel Alignment, and have it done by lunch. I’m in the neighborhood and I work close to their shop. I’m glad I brought my vehicle here for service. Fast, Friendly, and Professional. I recommend their shop highly. Thank you ALL TIRE.

They're crooks, first they took my car for a 'ride' not a test run I got two calls from friends saying they saw some guy driving my car pretty far from the shop, like a different neighborhood!Second, he gave me a price them upped the price a few hundred dollars more for another person to look it over, I told him no to this other person/charge as I know it wasn't necessary.Third, when I got home my car was leaking trany fluid, this morning there was a puddle I got under the car and the plug is missing from the transmission.They were working on my breaks not the transmission. This was retaliation for not letting him take advantage of me and questioning the extra charge for the brakes.Make sure you check all their work!!

Walk in service available - but first come first serve. The people in the shop were very friendly and it was an easy check in / check out process. I had spilled coffee on the top of my car, and the guy even wiped it off for me without me, asking which I thought was really nice!!

Horrible Customer service and lousy diagnostic service.I had to come back to the shop 3 times and deal with the rudest front desk personnel and they still didn't fix the problem. The auto tech was very professional. That's a fact but the voice of the company needs to take a vacation and rejuvenate himself. $100 diagnostic fee, $3000.00 for the front suspension work and I still hear noise. The shop replace the front break pads for free for the inconvenience and even that didn't go well. Now I have to replace my front pads because they squeak. Take your hard earn money elsewhere and save your self a headache.
