I used this company to move, very minimal work. With so little things to move it’s a shame how 3 bags of clothes went missing as well as my son’s PlayStation.

They used to be very efficient, 3 year ago. That's why we chose them again recently.
They sent 1 young man and 1 old man. The young man took charge of packing and wrapping, the old man did all the loading. I almost packed everything, about 10 boxes and 40 bags, it took these 2 excellent employees ( as per Michael) 3.5hrs to load, then 2+hrs to unload. I didn't follow them all the time, but came across a moment that the old man was trying to move a mattress and got stuck, he did not ask for help at all. The total time they spent almost double my last moving, despite that they offered the same low hourly price. Not to mention these excellent employees exploded one of my vacuum bags.
I don't know how you guys feel about their service, for me, this will be the last time, in my life, to get in touch of them.

Although the company was responsive and their pricing was inexpensive, you get what you paid for. They sent a small truck, even though I gave them the square footage of my parents house they could not fit all of the items so my husband, nephew and 84 year old father had to run back-and-forth twice 50 miles to bring the rest of the items. They did not want to take certain items because they said they may break such as a television and pictures. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied would never use again!

Michael was super responsive to all my emails and was accommodating to my move out of a very stringent HOA-managed building. The movers showed up on time, were super efficient loading everything, disassembled and reassembled as needed, and generally were very nice and just made my move much lower stress than I was anticipating. They were very understanding of my old HOA-run building rules and were cognizant of following all the rules / taking precautions to move carefully. The entire move was complete in ~3 hours.

Michael and his crew were fast with the move. They brought moving blankets, wrapping, and wardrobe boxes and took care of it all. They asked and ensured to place the items in each room. I highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience with these guys today. I was told an hourly rate and that I must hire for a minimum of three hours. So I did and guess what, after 1.5 hours these guys want to leave. They did not speak English and so it was very difficult to explain to them that I am paying for three hours and so I would like them to continue working for the hired amount of time. However they kept saying finished and they started doing a lousy job at this point. So basically a rip off. I talked to the owner Michael and he said the price was only for big items, then why are you charging me for three hours? You either give me a flat rate or do the hourly rate. You can't be doing hourly prices and then not working for it. It's simply ridiculous! I will most certainly not hire these guys again very deceptive. Stick to your word. And in my case I was not even moving, I simply needed furniture to be moved from one floor to the garage for storage to be packed away. So basically Michael fooled me with the pricing and his men did a poor quality job, plus they didn't speak English so I had a very hard time getting them to do what I wanted. STAY AWAY SERIOUSLY!!!!

I was a bit nervous moving forward with these guys due to previous reviews, but figured I'd give it a shot. Their service was exceptional across the board. Michael was very responsive with making arrangements on such a short notice and staff showed up on time the next day and were quick, safe and efficient. I'd imagine I'll be using them again in a couple of months. Thank you!

Do not use them!!!! They showed on time, I'll give them that but neither one spoke a word of English. I was not able to communicate what I wanted done. They took my bed apart and when they brought it to the new place they weren't going to put it back together. I had to try to explain I needed it put back together and they just waved their hands at me. They unwrapped about a quarter of the items they shrink wrapped but left the rest and they threw all the shrink wrap in my garage. Then when I paid him he kept trying to ask for a tip. I said to him I just paid you. He wrote "tip" on his phone in notes and showed it to me. I told him I just paid you again and he said something nasty to his coworker and stormed out. . They were not friendly at all and did a half assed job.

Horrible. I’ve moved 5 times in my 20s and never had this unprofessional moving experience like theirs. They were slow, unresponsive and sent only one small truck for 2Bed 2Bath apartment. On site they asked me pack multiple items; ceramic dishes, closet items and others, which I never ever done that before with previous 5 movers. Then they forgot 30% of my stuff and left them on my old apartment, which i have to rent my own truck and move by myself for extra 2 more days. Save your time and stress by not choosing this company.
