Took my car for noise in the front,
And got told a price of 800+ and when the car was done the price changed to 1,300+, without an explanation, when called to get a better understanding, Patrick answered with a very frustrating attitude and unprofessional way of explaining the charges.
All I can say is, this is not a way to treat a customer.

Was thrilled with the prompt, high quality service that Patrick and his team provided. I needed some assistance with a battery issue and they were able to immediately able to help me - resolving the problem and doing so with a great deal of hospitality and professionalism. We have used All American Automotive, aka San Francisco Automotive Solutions for both of our vehicles for years and have always been very pleased with the work done. Even though we missed our appointment the other day, Patrick got us in AND OUT the next morning. That work involved an entire rear light assembly replacement on our Honda CRV.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. I have never written a review in my life, but I would write 100 for this place. My car suddenly broke down on me, so I went online and found them. I got a tow there and they took me right away. Patrick explained to me what exactly was wrong and even pulled up diagrams on the TV to explain to me what happened and how it had to be fixed. He texted me updates of the car and sent more diagrams with arrows to tell me about the repairs they were making. He told me what exact parts had to be replaced, why they needed to be replaced, and the pricing. I'm a young woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars and most places would try to do work that would not need to be done (which has happened to me before). The team did the necessary repairs, and suggested others that I could make then and there or wait some time to have eventually done. They were super fast with their responses and super fast with the repairs. They were also professional and just kept it real. If you're looking for an auto shop, this is the place to go.

The fiat technician here is a rockstar! Don’t doubt yourself with questions. Honesty goes a long way here. They really go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Seems like the working men here really love what they do.
