The shopgirls at this location are amazing. It’s never a hard sell, it’s always encouraging, light, friendly. This is the shop I come to when I need something sexy and elegant and a tiny bit edgy. These pieces are not inexpensive but they’re made to last and they’re gorgeous.

I’ve been shopping Alice and Olivia for years online and in store. I used to have the best customer experience there and now it’s gone. Not sure if management changed but I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of quality service. I tried to go in store to shop the friends and family sale, the one girl working there barely acknowledged me. I then proceeded to order online, had some returns to make and the same girl disregarded my presence when I went in and I had to call her from the back. I really hope some changes are made because for now my desire to shop in store there is very very low

I came to the Filmore location to make a return. I have never in my life experienced such rude staff. They were so bitchy, I will never EVER be purchasing from Alice and Olivia again. These girls need to be fired ASAP.

My family and I have been long time big customers of A&O but we are extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location.Over the weekend, my mother and I went in and were stared down by the 3 employees working, no hello, no welcome.My mother wanted to try on a slip dress and asked for assistance with sizing only to be told that she had to wait. For what, we’re not sure because there was only one other customer in the store and they were all just standing around. Not once did the employees offer to help us or get us started with a fitting room despite our holding multiple items.Naturally, we were frustrated and decided to just leave the store. We said thank you and walked out. We received no reaction or response whatsoever from the employees.For a luxury high end brand, this poor excuse for customer service should not exist. Very disappointing and the treatment certainly does not make us want to continue shopping with A&O.

Staff was really helpful in helping me see if a pair of pants not in store would fit by trying on other pants. Store is beautiful. Clothing fabulous!

I wasn't sure of the status of supplies for PPE was going to be, so I googled masks and decided to try this store out for their PPE. The design is unique, fabric is soft (not up to the quality of marketing), and the comfort of all this was not up to par with the standard designs of face masks. It kind of sucks the main webiste doesn't provide reviews for their products, so I am grateful for the accessibility of social media. DO NOT purchase products until you see their social media reviews. There is not an option to review products on their website.

On Monday, February 3, I stopped in here before my appointment as I love your clothes. The sales staff is super snobby and rude. They are like the people who are rude to Julia Roberts at the beginning of Pretty Woman. Too many alternatives, not worth it to go in here.

Great store! The selection is very good, it the SAs is what makes this store so special. They really go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. I was on a tight schedule and they overnighted the things I wanted in my size. Absolutely stellar service. I always stop by the shop when I am in SF

Staff is really wonderful: fun, helpful and dedicated to finding your right fit. I always think the clothes will be too wild and I just go in with the intention of looking at their colorful, sparkly clothes. But often times I find something great. Pricey but worth it!

The staff was nice. I found what I needed but unfortunately I had to return it. Since I bought it cash I had to wait to receive a check in the mail for the return. I was nervous about this but I got the check two weeks later no problem. I will be coming back.
