Here’s the deal: We’d been with one agent at State Farm for decades. Then he retired and we wanted a personal relationship with a new agent. State Farm assigned us one whom we decided NOT to choose. We wanted to do research into a local team who could fulfill our requirements for our priories: 1.Excellent service ✅ 2. More than one team member in office ✅ 3.Take enough time to fully explain coverage options ✅ 4.NO up-selling b/c we only want to purchase coverage that is good value and applies to our needs ✅ 5.Last but hardly least, have a user friendly relationship with ALL agents on the team ✅✅
While we were absolutely wedded to our former agent and were NOT looking forward to the change, the Alan Chan team has been a perfect fit for ALL our insurance needs… AND we’re still in the honeymoon phase of this business relationship, even though it’s been quite a number of years that they’ve represented us. Amazing team of efficient, helpful, cordial, smart and savvy insurance representatives. And they’re “young” enough for us to feel secure that they’ll be in business till WE expire. Highly recommend!

I have known Alan Chan and his team have been serving my family and business needs for over 20 years! HIs team provide excellent service but they excel when something goes wrong and you need their services. Alan's team is exceptional, highly competent and prompt! Tracy, one of Alan's team leads, is someone who has consistently provided me with great service, timely information and has solved many of my problems!

I had the unfortunate experience of having multiple home burglaries during 2023. I have never experienced any form of intrusion in my life so having multiple incidents had been quite disturbing and traumatic. I was extremely fortunate to have an agent like Alan with a dedicated team that actually cares about the welfare of their clients. He and his team (Tracy Allio) went over and above to provide exceptional service and support to assist in the process to provide coverage continuity after my very unpleasant experience and loss. This very competent and seasoned team lobbied so that I could not only receive the insurance benefit I have been paying for over many years, but continue to maintain coverage. I truly appreciate their efforts and any policy holder would be fortunate to work with this talented team to address your insurance needs.

Recently got a car and had no clue about setting up insurance. I stopped by Alan Chan’s StateFarm office to learn more about which policy fits my needs. Kyle, representative at this office was super helpful and walked me through each line of coverage.
From this experience, not only did I learn about what I’m paying, I got to learn more about the coverage that I have. This office won’t oversell you coverage you don’t need. They are honest and have genuine interest in their client.
I highly recommend people to book an appointment with this office if you want to learn more about insurance coverage you need.
Exceptional client service. I walked out the office with confidence and got to learn more about my coverage that I’m super satisfied with!
