I have purchased about six pair over the last three years. None have lasted more than one year. The fabric wears very thin at stress points, and easily tears at pockets after about ten washes. I’ve thrown four pair away, and I don’t abuse them. They don’t last

I had called several times this week, but no one was answering the phone. So I decided to get up and drive over an hour, I got there 20 minutes before the store closed and They said that I could not purchase from them. Terrible customer service. Why have a brick and mortar store if no one is going to answer the phone, or you can’t purchase something in person.

My wife and I drove into SF for the holiday weekend at the Ritz Carlton a few blocks away. We were overdue for some R&R and shopping. AG jeans have always fit me well so we went into the store at around 3:30 on Saturday. I have always purchased AG from Nordstrom's so I was looking forward to going to an actual AG store. Not that it should matter but we were dressed nicely, in our forties and obviously there to shop. The store was empty other than 2 employees (a man and woman) standing at the entrance deep in conversation. I'm a friendly person so I smiled at them walking in. They 100% ignored us, not even eye contact. The two others were stocking and at least made eye contact, yet said nothing, We browsed for about three minutes without a word from the four employees. We are easy going people and don't need to be waited on hand and foot. However, it was so unwelcoming we just walked out. No wonder why the store had zero customers. We went to Nordstrom's and spent over $1000.00 on clothes (no AG as I was turned off buying from them,). The gentleman helping us at Nordstrom's went out or his way with customer service. He even offered to research the dress shoes I wanted on their website and call me.
