Jayden and Vanessa were awesome! The store has lots of really wonderful products to try, and they were very helpful and accommodating. I love the orange citrus sent that they have, and the hand wash is worth every penny.

I love aesop’s product. I was going to get a few stuff from this store but to my surprise the girl who works there (black girl, she wears eyeglasses) was really annoying and honestly made me changed my mind to just order it online or other location. Other aesop’s stores have much better customer service.

This is the 2nd location I've been to (I always go to the one in Stanford Shopping mall). My friend and I were the only customers there and the 2 sales associates were super friendly and helpful when it came to answering our questions and letting us test out some products. I love the attention to detail and the professionalism the sales associates displayed. My favorite things to buy here are the lotions and cleansers. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience and clean store. Will definitely go here more often, since it is closer to where I live.

I am going to stop shopping this location. Once the product I had was taken and given to another customer then another a young man made an unnecessary comment that used way more of the conditioner treatment faster than him(he was asian I'm black) in a rude way now this time the young tall white boy working was very hesitant to grab the product for me ( as I have been told to not touch the products in our current situation), lagged in response and and dud not offer any parting satchels, then asked to carry my bag to the door when no one else around me was offered that. I reflected a moment after leaving and when back to return to product. It's is also a shame because the girl who greeted me was do kindI have been shopping this brand for over ten years. Though there is more of a black and POC presence in your shops I continue to have very bad customer service in your Bay area locations. I was also rudely corrected " we don't sell rose things" when I mistakenly asked for the rose face mask... Your staff needs to learn treat each customer the same. I have never had an issue in other states or countries with this brand it is very much this location, Fillmore and the financial district locations where I was given subpar service. This review is important because my community needs to know where they can shop and feel safe and welcomed.

I had purchased an expensive oil that ended up braking me out and sitting on my shelf for months. I came in to the Westfield Aesop hoping that I could be helped in some way. Jared was there to the rescue! After warmly greeting me Jared asked me about my routine, what I was looking for and directed me to new products that I'm now so excited to try. The store took my old oil back and gave me credit with no questions asked. I am really thankful that my money didn't go to waste and really appreciated Jared's expertise. Thanks again for all your help today Jared! I appreciate it more than you know :)

Amazing Aroma As Soon As You Walk In. Amazing Staff. Gatsby & Nate Were Very Kind, Friendly & Helpful. As This Store Is Not Cheap The Product Is Amazing If You Stick To It! Gatsby Asked Questions & Based On My Answers He Suggested Me Skin Care. Thank You So Much! & You Shall See Me Again.
