The front office is super helpful. We got off to a rough start where they delayed working on my car for a week while I was stuck with an inferior rental. But once the work got done, it was exceptional - my car looks brand new even though it got sideswiped with significant damage across the whole right side. Luckily the other drivers insurance was paying so I can’t speak to whether the price is good but the work is too-notch.

Paola is super-friendly, and she noticed things that the other body shops didn't, and so she got more value out of my claim. My SMART Car came back immaculate, quarter-panel and door handle all brand-spanking new.
