The manager demonstrated expertise at handling difficult customer situations such that her team doesn’t get “dinged by corporate.”
Please note if you’re getting new passport photos to go with your IDP, it’s $20 for non members and $10 if you’re a member. You get two passport photos, some of the best handwriting I’ve seen in someone else filling out my application form for me, and service with a real smile.

Very fast, professional, and friendly service. It's always pleasant to get my International Driving Permit here. I think they can print the required photos also, but I just bring my own + my Driver License and never have any problems.

They forced my really sick mom had to come in person to pick up the registration stickers ans they have no other methods to prevent this from happening, shame on them.

Avoid this location at all costs. Confidently told us that they can help us with a certain title transfer (details omitted in review) but when we walked in, they said we need to go to the DMV.This significantly impacted our relocation timeline/efforts.Employees here are wicked rude as well and won’t take accountability for something they’ve done wrong for customer. Zero sense of customer service. They need to be re-educated.

Had a fantastic experience today at the Potrero center branch! Jordan and Marc saved me big time. I'm in a bit of a pinch because my car is in flood zone in Sonoma county but the tags expired end of Jan. The car doesn't start at the moment and I tried to get a tow to get it out of there however AAA won't tow with expired tags. Good to know. Anyway, without getting into details they were able to get me into a situation where I would be able to get my car out of there safely. I'm still going to try and get it started and driveable myself but at least now I'm no longer panicking and have a backup plan. Thanks Marc and Jordan! You are the best!

They messed up my brothers international driver’s license and omitted his motorcycle endorsement. Consequently we had to pay a $300 bribe in Vietnam to avoid having his bike impounded. Good job guys ?

Regular staff, in my case even though I have been affiliated for 3 years at 73 years old, with a good record, they do not worry about giving offers to the elderly.
