Unfortunately, we are forced to leave a negative review for this company after a very disappointing experience. First off, we ordered a very expensive flag at the end of April and the order was finalized on May 2. After providing us with an erroneous shipping tracking number, and repeatedly emailing them for updates over the course of several weeks, we finally found out the flag had gone missing. It then took another two weeks to get a replacement, with many periods of radio silence from their customer service representative. We finally received the new flag at the end of May, and as of a few weeks ago (mid-June), it is already incredibly frayed at the end which raises many concerns about their quality standards. We have gone back and forth with our customer service rep to get it resolved over the past two weeks, but he continually gives us the run around and says they are investigating it internally and it has to go through many channels. We have given them ample opportunity to resolve this situation, and they have yet to offer an immediate solution. We offered to ship the flag back and got no reply. This will be the last time we ever work with this company. Not only do they have poor customer service and no urgency in resolving customer issues, but they are also willing to sell expensive products in poor quality. We truly hope they will take our concerns seriously, and do everything they can to get us a quality replacement flag ASAP. Please be careful before working with AAA Flag going forward.
