Placed order online on 12/13/23 and just got a notice on 12/19/23 that the items would be delivered on 12/26/23??? I should have been notified when this order was placed that it would not be delivered in time for Xmas. I contacted website through text and they basically stated you are SOL.... Poor customer service and order/shipping service out dated...

Pathetic! Extremely limited selection, and worst of all, terrible non-existent customer service. Went in on Sunday and the store was dead, not even one other customer in there, and the salesperson couldn't even muster the energy to say hello or ask if I needed help. Just Absolutely PATHETIC, don't bother going to this store. Love the A.P.C. brand - I highly recommend either the LA or NY store.

Love coming here. Always 1st class customer service. Greeted as you walk in and the nice smell of soap/beauty section. I always leave with a new peice from APC.

Selection is limited but the staff was very helpful. They would help you check if other stores have your sizes and ship them to their store for you to try on. Recommend it if you happen in the area.

Des chaussures de conception extrêmement médiocre étant donné leurs prix à plus de 200€. Mes chaussures ont déteints avec l'eau, elles sont à présent importables. Le développement produit a mal été exécuté, le bleu déteignant avec l'eau sur le blanc. Modèle spencer du printemps 2019, achetés en Juillet.

They only asked how did it work when I was about to open the door on the way out.

Went in yesterday for some jeans. Got what I wanted and back to my car in 16 minutes, (3 minutes for $0.25, that's all the change I had for the meter. When I figure out which bus to take from where I live, I'll take the bus). Try going to the Levi's store and getting what you want in 16 minutes, including alterations. It's not gonna' happen. I'll update my review after the alteration but, the pants look great and I'm sure I'm going to love them.
