Over the last fifty years I’ve had all kind of watches just to name a few Patek Philippe, Omega and Ulysses Nardin. One of my best experiences for about ten years is in buying and receiving a great service with my Rolex from A&E who are Avi and Inbar. Don’t just take my word for it, go ahead and give them a try..

I was contacting them on the web. They gave me a very good deal quick service and great price deeply recommended I recommended them also to my Eye doctor to buy a watch for his wife for their anniversary.

Leta at A&E was an absolute dream. The entire staff is incredible, but Leta really made a profound impact on a purchase that has been a dream of mine for over 20 years.
Leta made the experience of purchasing something deeply symbolic to me as meaningful and memorable as the watch itself.
I even told her that I was always supposed to make this significant purchase with her help, and just didn’t know it until that day!
I cannot stop raving about the A&E experience bc it was just SO enjoyable, personable, fun, safe. I was taken seriously by their entire team — and they were so patient with me! I was naturally unsure about making a final decision on a purchase that held some financial weight (maybe not $ to some, but was quite an investment for me), and not once did they try to upsell or push me, in fact, quite the opposite. There were many opportunities to get me to take a more expensive path with all the beautiful pieces they have, but that wasn’t Leta’s goal - she was genuinely invested in ME, not the sale.
Leta wanted to make sure I walked away with the watch that felt right and one that hit every mark of why I’ve waited all these years to make the purchase.
Leta wasn’t just helpful or knowledgeable (even though she was very much both!), but she was caring and honest and fun. Genuinely the best experience. Very grateful.

Just all around super professional customer service and excellent watch knowledge. Liat and Tzipi are so warm and welcoming and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk into their shop. Went into get some links removed on one watch and battery replaced in another and was in and out in no time...and got some good stories out of both ladies. I'll be stopping by their shop again for future watch purchases as they have a 5 year warranty on their watches (unheard of for pre-owned) and free polishing for the life of the watch. Incredible!

I have been wanting a specific watch (rolex) for the last 10 years and finally decided to seriously look. After being told I would have to wait on a waitlist for years by other ADs, I found A&E watches (specifically working with Avi) and he was able to find EXACTLY the watch I've been wanting! Not only did he find it, I was able to get it in less than 24 hours. I could not believe how fast A&E/Avi were able to make my dreams come true. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and amazing at communicating. They also don't stop until they find exactly what the customer is looking for. They genuinely cared to ensure I was happy with the product. I am so grateful I found A&E watches and look forward to returning in the future. I could not recommend this place more to anyone and everyone!!

I decided on a ladies Rolex datejust 18kt gold and stainless steel jubilee bracelet, I love my watch and the employees are wonderful!! A&E is one of the nicest authorized Rolex dealers in northern Ca.

Great service. After scouring eBay for an old Tudor Submariner, I had it serviced and refinished here. Tzipi was super helpful, and she helped source a hard-to-find part, which they were only able to find in the aftermarket. I would definetly come back here.

I always look for watch stores while traveling. A&E watches lived up to the hype. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were great and they gave me a good trade in value on another watch. Building is secure and made for a great shopping experience. I will be seeing them again.

I went to this place to get my watch sized so I could start wearing it and wow they were super friendly. They were selling Rolex watches and other high end ones but did not appear to judge me at all when I asked them to size a non high end watch which was great. Took them about 15mins and the charge was only $10, cheaper than I thought. I was offered water/coffee as well which was nice. When I'm ready for a high end watch I can look here but for now this is going to be my go to for watch related issues.
