I came here while doing a small DIY bathroom plumbing repair. I didn't have any experience with plumbing and was learning as I went. The guy who helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my basic questions.
He helped me find the part I needed, taught me some things, and the woman who worked here even sold me a new part for half off after I broke the first one accidentally once I got home.
Another big plus is that they actually had the part I needed in the first place. I'd gone to a hardware store and another plumbing store, neither of which had it.
I will 100% come back here for any plumbing projects in the future.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the reception, service that I found A-1 Plumbing today. The receptionist/admin person is welcoming and sweet (I regret that I missed getting her name.) Euria or Uria (not sure of spelling of his name) is so knowledgeable and gracious. I will def be back again for all my plumbing needs. I cannot believe I had not prv heard of A-1 Plumbing. Thank you, thank you!

These guys were great. When it came to helping me find the parts I needed they came through. I needed a brass pipe and I showed them some pictures of a Keurig coffee machine and the 1/4 inch pipe that needed. They ran to the back and grabbed me tubing and the connecting piece that I needed.

Outstanding customer service and professional advice. Go to place for quality plumbing supplies. If you are trying to avoid ending up with a poor, way overpriced plumbing "contractor" job by doing it yourself - this is the place for sure. They'll point you in the right direction for connection and fitting solutions. Consult youtube first so you'll have an understanding of your job. How to do everything is on there. Take a bunch of good photos of what you're working on so they'll understand what you're trying to accomplish. After reading this review, go immediately to your hot water heater, drain it and change the anode. It's on youtube. Or else - you'll get to learn all about installing a new water heater - and they're freakin' expensive these days.

They were great I am not a fan of plumbing but I told what I was trying to accomplish and they help me with everything that I needed along with extremely patience and I would highly recommend them please if you need help that the place to go quality parts and extremely helpful people.

Awesome mom and pop store. Peter and Angela are awesome, friendly and they're very knowledgeable. We go to them first to buy everything plumbing before going to the big box store.

Angela is so helpful and kind. I stopped in for a sink part and even though I couldn't find what I needed, she spent the time to help me troubleshoot. She even recommended a great service provider, James & James Plumbing, who was the perfect fit for the job. I trust this business and appreciate their customer centric approach and expertise.

Worst company. My home owners insurance sent A1 Plumbing to my house to fix my water heater. They didn't come out until a week later. Roberto showed up and said he would order the part. We had no hot water for over a week with kids in the house. He had no sense of urgency and the worst customer service. He said he would come out the following day to replace the part. He never showed up. I tried calling him as so did the insurance no answer no follow up. I reached out to my insurance and they sent me another company. I would still be waiting for them.
