The receipt printer on almost every pump is out almost every time I cone here and apparently they can't print you a receipt inside because, "this is a 711, not 76" WHAT?? Seriously annoying for anyone who has to/wants to document their gas/mileage for work or otherwise. How hard is it to check/change the receipt printer? Does a rep from 76 need to make it a regular stop so as not to bother/confuse the 711 that happens to occupy the same space? Probably won't be shopping here anymore—pretty stupid reason for loosing business.

I do Uber as a side hustle and I usually gas up here regularly cause they have a squeegee so that I can clean my windshield, but the last few times I’ve been here there’s no wash fluid in all 4 of the squeegee holders. What’s the point in having squeegees without liquid? See my photo!

This gas station always tends to have better prices per gallon for gas than other spots in the City; nearly $0.10 cheaper than the average in San Francisco. Location wise, it's strategically located and there are hardly ever any lines to get gas!

This gas station overcharged me by 50 cents on a $37 bill, via a second separate transaction. The person whose 7-11 store manages this gas station tells me to talk to my credit-card company about it. I tell him he's crazy for sending me to my credit-card company; he tells me I'm crazy for wanting my 50 cents. I have now spoken to my credit-card company, where the representative said: "I have never seen this happen before. Normally, a gas station puts a $1 hold on your card and then removes it. The fact that it is 50 cents and they are refusing to give it back to you means they are likely doing this on every transaction and padding themselves with a nice vacation. I would not go back there again if I were you." Good point! You've been warned!(A 50-cent dispute should be EASY for you to take care of. It's a basic and simple thing to keep your customer happy. The fact you couldn't says a lot about you. It also raises questions about what exactly you are doing to all your customers.)

The washer fluid for cleaning your windshields was full of urine. Absolutely disgusting. We had to go get the car washed immediately. We called to report this and it just goes to voicemail. Just a dirty station.
