The Taraval 7 eleven has new ownership. They don’t like when you check for crack eggs before buying them. I was doing that and this Indian clerk had a angry expression on his face and said “can I help you sir” and followed me around the store. This store used to have Chinese run it and they left you alone. They moved the ice cream in front too.
I sent a note to 7 Eleven over 4 days ago still haven’t heard anything from them.

Closed at 4:21am. Hours need to be accurately posted so you don't inconvenience people. I have a migraine, I work until 4am, and all I wanted was to grab electrolytes before I go home. Now I won't get home until 445am because I've driven to two different 7-11s after work, meanwhile I'm on the verge of tears because my head hurts so bad.

Why are the employees here activity messing with customers? I came in here on 11/09/23 at 7:22, I thought to give this place another chance. The very tall Asian middle aged man with some white hair and mustache did it again! The guy refused to give me discount on the wings and lied about the deal is gone. After putting in my phone number. I asked him what happened to the discount 5 dollars for 5 wings. He told me the deal is gone. This is too much at 7 am in the morning!!! Well here's what it says on the 7-11 apps, take a look at the pictures. I will stop coming to this 7-11 until management fire this employee and another woman that speak the same language as this man, whom was messing with me in my previous review. I will tell all my friends and neighbors about how bad this 7-11 is. I will be shopping across the street at the mom and pop convenient store. I will also file a complain to the corporate!

Lol why is the rudest old man who speaks no english the only one working? Dude gets so mad easily. I asked nicely how much a small bag if chips was and he aggressively gripped and crushed my chips and then tossed back. Couldn't tell me the taquito deals and kept screaming at me. Their prices are also so much more of a scam than before it's not even worth coming here anymore

I am a regular customer, taking 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day here, I have 40k points on 7 eleven app, and ROY a simple 7 eleven cashier, that NEVER HELP ME ON ANYTHING, barely does his job, AND ALWAYS WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING ON HIS LANGUAGE, and today he cross the lineHE TRIED TO FIGHT ME!Because according to him, I’m getting refills of coffee and not using the same cup! Even though he sees me EVERYDAY FOR PAST 6 YEARS! CAREFUL THIS 7 eleven reflects the attitude of SF, terrible service and people full of atitude!

Keep changing nighttime hours. Will say open but will close the store even while multiple workers are there. Won’t update their hours or post the correct hours on the door or online. “Open 24 hours” is a lie.

Be careful when you come here and use your EBT card this is the last place my friends used her Card for food stamps and the next day she had someone else use it all up, I would be VERY careful in this place if I use food stamps just be aware this happend at be careful her whole situation became a fraud and she endup With no mOney for groceries. She obviously did a police report but this situation left her with no food for her and her tods. Sad. Be careful here.

The store is NOT 24 hours. I have tried to come here three times this year late at night and the sign says “open” but doors are locked and barricaded. 7/11- please update your hours if you’re not truly 24 hours.

Store is supposedly 24/7 but it clearly is barricaded by the store personnel at 2:44 a.m. on a Thursday. If 7-Eleven is going to be closed then just state that don't try to pretend that you're 24/7.

The owner/employee is such a respectful loving fellow Asian American who serves this community. I have so much respect for the relationships he's built throughout the years. Opens at 4:30am and accepts EBT!
