There was a mix-up with my contract a year ago that was resolved thanks to Daryl, who is awesome. The current community manager for this location, Mia Anderson, is very professional, has a quick response time and is extremely helpful and reliable. It has been a while since I have been able to physically go to the location, and I have had no issues with working remotely as the team handles mail and other matters for me at this location.

I had been with this location for a couple of years and had always been impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I ended my lease in 11/30/2020 due to the pandemic and will not need office space until later 2021 and have been attempting to deal with a service that I no longer need and I keep receiving on-going invoices. For over 30-days now I have been emailing, calling, etc. and to no avail it falls on deaf ears. I finally received confirmation that it would be removed from my account on 12/7/20 and after a week it still remains. I don't understand why something so easy cannot be resolved.

I've been a happy tenant at Regus 580 California Street for over five years. Daryl and Jane and the rest of the Regus team are amazing!! They've always gone above and beyond in helping me deal with the day to day challenges associated with starting and growing my business. The facility itself is conveniently located, well equipped, and has awesome views!! Love Regus and love my office!!

I have been using Regus for years now and Vanessa and her staff at 580 California are truly exceptional. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for amazing customer service and turn-key office space!
