I got a Land Rover Discovery Sport last year - it’s my first time owning a LR and knew I wanted to find somewhere to take it other than the dealership. I found 11th street Auto repair online and they specialize in LR’s which is amazing and frankly is only a few blocks from my house! I had my car serviced last year and it was great. This week (my second visit) I had a brake problem and had my Discovery towed in. Jack was amazingly helpful and communicative and also took the extended warranty I had purchased when getting my car last year. I ended up needing a few things replaced and also got it serviced for a very reasonable and affordable price and it was SO wonderful he dealt directly with my warranty for payment and figuring out what was covered. This place is awesome and feel very lucky to find a helpful mechanic that I trust.

Jack did a big engine job (timing chain replacement) on my RRS. Had a loaner for me, finished earlier than guided, and price was right on estimate. Will come back for next service.

Youre going to have to look hard to find a negative review for this place. This is the most knowledgeable, honest, and helpful Land Rover specialist in the city. I have been taking my range rover sport here for 5 years. Not only are they always welcoming but they proactively have noticed subtle issues, notified me, and suggested if and when to fix it. The brothers are open and honest about pricing and focus on whats right for you and the car. Most recently had a loud vibrating noise in the transmission that other mechanics couldn't figure out. Brought it to 11th street auto and they instantly knew what it was and fixed an undone brake release cable within 2 mins and didn't even charge for it. (Fault of a mobile mechanic I had to hire to do my brakes when out of town). There is no other place I would take a Land Rover in San Francisco (far better than the dealership).

The brothers at 11th Street Auto Repair have been serving my Range Rover for the past 7-8 years, troubleshooting random issues that have come up as my vehicle gracefully ages. I appreciate their honesty and have always been satisfied with the work they have performed on my truck.

A rare breed! Open and honest about repairs and pricing. Came in with a broken part that was going to cost $6K. They informed me that the part was still under warranty and advised me to take my vehicle to a Land Rover dealership to have it repaired for free. They could have easily preyed upon my ignorance and charged me the full price. Appreciate meeting a mechanic that puts their customers ahead of their profits. Highly recommend! Can’t thank these guys enough.

Brought my RR Sport in this morning to get this annoying rattle fixed. Jack and I took a short drive around the block and he immediately knew what the problem was. After we got back to the shop, he slid under the car and fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Just as he suspected, the hand break cord fell out of the clip and he simply snapped it back in place. Didn't charge me anything. I can't tell you what an unexpected surprise it was to find someone with that kind of integrity. He really could have taken advantage of me, as I even told him that a buddy of mine that knows cars thought it was something more serious.From now on, I will be bringing my RR Sport here for everything.

I requested 105k mile service for my 2012 Range Rover Sport.Peter was very accommodating in scheduling this service, and was able to provide me with a loaner car.During the service, Peter contacted me to say that they could swap out the HVAC control knobs that had deteriorated from past cleanings, causing the rubber to go tacky. I had previously enquired about this through a local Land Rover dealership, only to be told that the unit would have to be replaced, what a joke!I found 11th Street Auto's pricing to be very fair, and honest.Delighted with the customer service and will be back for the next service interval!

These guys are amazing. They're the only ones I trust with my Range Rover supercharged. They always are honest with me give me a great price and usually finish work in the same day. It's so hard to find yrustwortgy reliable mechanics, but I found them and I will stick with them for as long as I have my range rover. Thank you Peter for always being so honest.!
