Finally found a laundromat that will suffice till I get the washer and dryer installed at home. Unlike the other laundromats in the area that are terribly managed, maintained or expensive to wash or dry your clothes at (the place that charges two minutes per quarter to dry your clothes is ridiculous).This place has clean machines, are a good value, they work well and do the job. Not overpriced and clean and dry you clothes effectively.Every laundromat is going to have a machine down occasionally. This place seems to fix them immediately.Friendly folks seem to do their laundry here too. Always nice to pass the time with someone who is pleasant.Good job TenTen!

Dryers ruined multiple pieces of clothing (even on medium heat). Won't ever go back.

Awesome management. My clothes got stuck in the washer. I honestly thought it would take hours to get a response, but it got resolved quickly.

Me and my son come here every two weeks to do laundry . I like here because it's super close to my house, and also it is always clean, quite and it doesn't take very long to wash and dry my clothes. Plus Sam that works here is the best he's super nice and my son really enjoys his company!!

I live in Pacific Heights and drive to 1010 to do my laundry because it’s the cleanest and most well maintained laundromat on this side of the city. And the young man who runs the place is super friendly and quick to fix issues.

They raise their prices too frequently on both the washing machines & dryers. Eight out of the 12 dryers are weak & is why people vie for the 4 only ok ones.
