Great bodyshop, I have been going there for many years now. Luis and Urbano are great to deal with they are honest and do excellent bodywork. They matched my vehicles paint and installed all OEM factory parts for my vehicle, the job came out spectacular. I truly recommend this bodyshop.

My BMW rear bumper and impact bar required replacement and I worked with Patrik who did an outstanding job with respect to dealing a very difficult insurance claims handler that wanted to use shoddy aftermarket and used parts. Patrick was able to get all new OEM parts, he always returned my calls, was very thorough in conveying facts and explaining the entire process. In addition to the repair, which included an excellent 3 step paint job, AW Collision thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior of my car and changed a front exterior bulb just as a courtesy, as it was unrelated to the rear damage.

Talked to “Patrick” and scheduled an appt w him before arrival. When arrived, I was told he is not there (2nd time that happened). I had to tell the bright receptionist to call him to ask when he is due back…she called and said 20 min…I left to do my errands, called 30 min later, he still wasn’t there. UNPROFESSIONAL
I have possibly 10k or more damage in repairs, but they will never get a penny of it! I went to “PAULEES” on La Cienega instead!

Horrible paint service. Brought in a 240z for primer and finish. Worse paint job I’ve ever seen. Cracked paint, dirt residue, careless rust removal. Never use this place for a restoration. If I could give them 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can’t.Service: Painting

My moms bumper was dented due to a lil accident she got into. After calling a couple places, the staff was super informative and Luis quoted us what his price was if we wanted him to buy the bumper and or if we would buy the bumper ourselves online what the cost of his labor would be. The pictures says it all, he and his staff do a really great job.

I had some pretty bad dens on the sides of my car along with some deep scrapes and Luis was able to leave my car looking like new. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it.

Had accident in front part of car and was referred to Urbano's as a place that would do a good job at a reasonable price as I didn't want to go thru insurance. Best reference ever! I also had hit my car other places and it looked pretty scrappy. Luis took one look at it, gave me a price to fix it up - all of it - and not only was the price perfect but the finished product was better than when I first bought it. You cannot go wrong with taking your car to Urbano's. Also, the office staff are really great.!!

I came in after an accident and Luis was able to get me a way better price then any other body shop I went to. The quality of paint and work they provided was amazing and really great customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Initially I was happy but after having my car back I have noticed a lot of mess ups. I took my car in for a full paint job. First time I went to pick it up one of the badges was put on backwards. They didn't put my weather strips on properly and they flew off on the freeway. They didn't paint under front bumper and didn't notice it until weeks later and it's peeling. There was a dent that was supposed to have been fixed on the drivers door by the window and instead they put plastic cover it. It wasn't noticeable until now, the dent is still there. Also they did something to the battery where the car had issues starting for a few days. Also there's a lot of smudges of the paint throughout the car. If you're taking a work truck or van then I guess it makes sense to bring it here but I wouldn't bring your car if you want it to look nice or even decent. The attention to detail is greatly lacking.
