The staff there are all so nice and welcoming. I got my hair done by Rosita I asked for red copper and to cut little bit of the splittens she did an amazing job I loved the results!! I got a lot of compliments as well! Pls go check out their salon & ask for Rosita

I just went today ! The person who worked on my hair so nice fast I THINK her name is Ale.. and I don't remember because I literally came out so mad after what happened. I initially asked a red head old lady with glasses the price for dying my hair black and a haircut she mentioned $85 color /$35 cut. I ended up choosing who I think it's called Ale because my mom had mentioned her. I told the lady ok thank you and proceeded to asking The other lady. Red head old lady was so mad I chose to go to Ale and when she was done with my hair the red head old lady came back and said it was going to be $150. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN BE CARFUL WITH PRICING HER BECAUSE THEY MENTION ONE THING AND END UP SAYING ANOTHER. I feel so bad for Ale ! Because she did a great job !! And that old lady said she would make her pay for it! I hope she goes to a better place that's so unfair for her !!! TENGAN CUIDADO CON UNA SEÑORA DE PELO ROJO Y LENTES ! MENCIONA UN PRECIO Y TE COBRA OTRO CUANDO TE TERMINAN!

Such an amazing salon with beautiful staff. Queta was so warm and welcoming and Maria Jose did such a beautiful job on my hair! These ladies were so sweet to take me at the last minute. They trimmed my hair, washed, and styled my hair, leaving me with bouncy, beautiful locks, a must try salon if you're in the area! Thank you ladies!

On the other hand, what they charged me was too much for the little they did to me. I didn't have a good experience. I'm not a coda, but pff they went overboard with the price.

So my mom and I came in the other day to get our hair and make up done. The sign out of the door says Jaír and makeup is $50 or $55. My mom had scheduled our appointment beforehand and they told her for us to come with our hair wet and that we would hold have some kind of $40 deposit. But going in the woman that helped us have us attitude right from the start. She was mad at us for coming in with wet hair when the other woman had told us to do so. Then when I showed them a picture of what I wanted, which was a retro wave in my shoulder length hair, she simply blow dried my hair dry and was ready to call it a day. My mom's hair came out great. But the make up was a little too dry. She didn't even get any primer or moisturizer beforehand and the makeup was laid on her face a little heavy handed. (Literally) When I asked the woman why was my hair straight and not in any type of wave, she asked me to show her the picture again only to complain that I had too much hair and I had my hair too short for anything of the sort. So she tried to curl the hair a tad and got another lady to do the other side and with both of them combined they STILL didn't get my hair done like the picture. It was unprofessional and honestly the attitude was unnecessary as we are the ones that are going out and should be looking good. When it came time for the payment, my mom discouraged me from getting my makeup done there, as she should. They charged me $75 for I don't know what... they didn't do anything with my hair. I wish I could have taken a picture. They charged her $40 for deposit, $65 for hair AND $55 for makeup when the sign out the door says $55 for both things done. Now at this point we were both too upset and embarrassed to continue to argue with the woman so we payed. But truthfully, we got scammed. I ended up going home tearfully to have to do my own hair and makeup, and it still came out better and more accurate than whatever she did. In the saloon it should be about what the customer wants because that's what we want and our confidence comes from our looks. We thought we'd be having a good time getting pampered for once, always busy working, this would be like a spa day for us, but we were mistaken. Please don't ever come here unless you are a recurring customer and you like what they do to you. But as a new customer have your cousins or someone of more trust to do your hair and make up. They won't scam you and they won't be rude to you.

WHAT A RIP OFF!! My dad has no hair bald at the top and just sides has a bit of hair. He got charged 45$ to paint it a solid color on the sides. They took advantage of him. A poor old senior citizen. Go somewhere else!!
