The Vanessa manager is very unprofessional. They gave me a wrong watch not a stand alone watch, already spoke to online representatives and made a note for me to be fully refunded and not charge for restocking fee. When I get there she was not there and there were days that she’s not there and only come in schedule. Which the store left open without a manager. And pls be aware that a store can’t accept refund or return without manager so the sales rep gave me her schedule days to come.I got there and was absent for work to process this and she was very rude. Did not even apologize and says I will still charge you the restocking fee. Even though I have the note and even though it was their fault and I told him your the manager can’t you do anything about it she just rudely stare at me and says no. The worst experience. I had to callThe online rep and they says manager should be able to help me without. She’s the definition of a witch, misspelled with “w” to b
