Customer service at this place is horrible, we were looking to buy accessories and shoes for a baptism and the simstress in the back told my wife we were wasting the staff's time because my wife couldn't make up her mind on what shoes to buy after only 10 minutes of them showing her shoes and accessories. My wife felt rushed so she said she would look around some more and come back at a later time when they're not to busy. What this woman(simstress) said next, I couldn't believe, she told my wife she only wasted their time and I quote "due me a favor and don't come back" on a loud rude tone of voice. Not only we will never come back to this place but I'll make sure everyone else knows what kind of horrible experience we had. We bought our shoes and accessories at another local place where they were all about customer service.La costurera en este local es de lo más grosera posible, gasten su dinero en otro lugar donde les den un buen servicio al cliente, esta señora costurera necesita aprender modales y educación.

2 stars because they actually ended up showing up 40 min late. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone unless you want to stress on the day of the event. Booked and left a deposit for a transportation service for my sisters prom and the day of we called to ask if the ride was coming just to have the lady tell us they canceled us. Not sure what's the procedure or how they do things, but I went in store left a $200 deposit and was told the remaining balance was due the day of the event and that's it they sent me with a copy receipt with the time of the event. The day comes and the lady tells us our service is canceled since we never answered her call to confirm, I had not one single missed call, we had a total of 15 kids at our home waiting to get picked up not sure what convinced the lady to call back and try to handle the situation maybe she knew she was in the wrong?!!!!! They ended up showing up late but they did so they deserve two stars for that. Please take your money elsewhere, save the stress.

Cashier strongly suggested pay before bathroom use. We paid for mini churros. Bathrooms haven't been cleaned all day or two days. Tolietiers all over the floor, garbage can full, smelled horrible. Felt like a nightmare.

Honestly where can I start! Worst experience ever! If you want to pay money and get the worst dresses in exchange come here. But if you don't want to go through hell don't even bother. This lady assured the dresses would be on time and when they weren't she offered us an obviously cheaper material dress assuring us it would be like our first choice. Pressed on time we agreed and after she "altered" them they came back unusable. We had to go look for new ones and after wanting our money back for the dresses she said it wasn't her problem.
