Tekwerks is an amazing local internet company with a focus on friendly and excellent customer service. The owner, Danny personally is always available to answer or troubleshoot internet problems. I highly recommend Tekwerks internet Co. if you are in the San Fernando/Sylmar area!

For 3 years now my family and I have been dealing with poor, little or no internet. It all depends on weather, how many of our neighbors were online, what was happening to towers around us and every little thing you could imagine. Everyone in the complex and even various service providers laughed when I mentioned service. A good day was watching a one and a half hour movie that took three hours to watch. Or running to the local FedEx to get work done because you couldn't get the printer to connect at home. I even went as far as to try and use a rural area provider. Purchased all kinds of antennas. Then someone posted Tekwerks on a web site. Danny & Matthew who came for the install were wonderful. Their knowledge of our location and issues was a major factor in getting our service up and running. They did their install quickly, tested and retested that the service was working. Plus the cost was far better then the competitors I was currently paying. In this day and age having internet in your home is necessary. Many of us work from home. I can now attend meetings and join in class. Thank you Tekwerks for bringing our home and family up to speed. I have already passed their info onto neighbors. Plus I will be bringing my computers to them for a refresh later this year.

Danny and His Brother came to my home and installed wifi. Sorry I don't know his name. They were respectful fast and honest. They also explained everything to me in detail as well as how to pay the bill. They give you the option to pay now or later its up to you. If you want to avoid a big issue with a satellite dish They are the ones to reach its just a antenna. They give wifi in the projects as well at san fornando gardens. Contact them wifi is good you won't go wrong. Thanks again.

This place is great! I've called about 6 times to get internet connected but apparently, they are too busy for new customers. You'd think after 5 emails, and several dozen calls asking to get internet the business owner would want my business. Save your time and money! If this is the way they treat you before you pay imagine after they have your money

We have been using this company for the last 27 months for our wireless needs at work and they have been great providers to us. We have moved to multiple bungalows throughout the college campus and they have provided great customer service and great response time. They have even provided last minute same day service and they show up with a great attitude. They show up wearing face masks and even disinfected area they were working in after they were done. They always clean up after themselves and do not interrupt any of our construction activities and the internet speed they provide is appropriate for our needs. If customer service is your thing then give theses guys a shot. They offer residential service as well.

I want to thank Field Service Technicians Wayne T. and Marc K for installing internet and phone service in my home. After spending around $1500 on the best "tech guys in LA", who couldn't fix our problems or return our phone calls, The Sonic techs had everything working before they left! Thank you very much!

I did what so many others did---Windows 10, no option got it installed in a new computer. I was advised to contact Tekwerks in San Fernando. I did, and felt comfortable. I made an appointment, arrived on time, Jon was waiting. I brought in my old computer w/Windows & and the new computer and printer. I told him, what I needed. Jon gave me a point or two--I left all info and equipment they requested. They were done in about a day. It was completely ready, I tried it in the shop, anything different was explained. The price was very fair. IF, U have a computer question or problem--this is a legitimate place to go!!!

Had Tekwerks Internet service for 3 years, it was awesome, fast and reliable. I didn't have any issues at all. The only problem, is that I moved to a new location that doesn't have their service :-/ So now I'm stuck dealing with Comcast or ATT slow connections and sub-par service.

Great internet, great service. Also really good pricing for technology services. Spring cleaning program is great, they will come in and update all your systems along with providing fast internet services.
