Long way overdue review. I have been going to Raffi for years 10 plus ! I have Porsche , bmw And Mercedes' collection and he took care of them all. They have been running smooth for years ! Trust worth mechanic and friend of the whole family. We all take our cars to him for all repairs. He gives you good / fair advice and recommendations! You have to appreciate the honesty too. You can just hang out on some days while you wait work and or sometimes he is just swamped but still takes care of you. Great people here.

I drive an e46 m3. I took it it for a vanos rebuild with the majority of parts me having supplied. For the next 3 months I went back and forth with Rafi on why my car wasn't done yet. At around the 3 month mark rafi had "finished" the job and my car had a misfire on all cylinders. He tried blaming my parts to which I responded with if my parts are the issue please put parts that work in and I'll pay the difference. In the end I pulled my car out of his shop and had to take it to another mechanic to where they told me rafi hadn't assembled the vanos properly. BewareService: Engine repair

I own a 1995 Mercedes Benz 36 AMG. It is a collectible and rare edition. I took it to Starko Motors 2 years ago, for a head gasket replacement at the recommendation of another Mercedes shop. Starko is a family owned mechanic shop in San Fernando, and both Raffi and his Brother, Harry, are first rate mechanics. They rebuilt the engine for me and fixed it all for a reasonable price, even the headliner, and the car runs like new. These guys certainly know what they are doing with German cars, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs great repairs done at reasonable costs. They are delightful to work with and knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicles. I am so glad to have met them. They are seasoned and smart cookies. Try them, you will be glad you did.

They are thinking about the whole car, it's age, use, and overall value, and of course safety. Things like using genuine MB parts where it is called for, and high quality, (but much cheaper) OE parts where that is the most cost effective is appreciated. And hours always seem more than honest. Great experience, expertise, and good people. What else is there?
