Maria helped me out by changing my 7 mobile phone line to spectrum. Thank you Maria you really helped me out lot. Especially the fact with t-mobile I was paying over $400 bucks with all devices paid off. Now I’m only paying $180 bucks.

I am so extremely frustrated with this store. I’ve been going back and forth with the store to resolve an issue that they created. I really feel like they do not have a good grasp on their services because they gave me a lot of false information that customer support told me was wrong. They ended up disconnecting my services once they got tired of trying to fix my problem, I guess. I did not ask for it to be disconnected. And I was working with a sales associate AND a supervisor. I have tried to go above the supervisor but am not being helped. When I originally asked for a supervisor, they didn’t even want to come out to speak with me. I was floored! Customer support online and by phone has been extremely helpful! I suggest calling them and avoid going into this store at all costs. If I can give zero stars, I would.

Like to thank Maria for taking care of me and my wife with our cell phone services. Got to the store around closing and she stood after closing to HELP and FIX our problem......once again THANK YOU MARIA for your A+ COSTUMER SERVICE.

The machine where you can pay does not work or you cannot pay in cash.

The staff at the store(Lorena and Maria) were extremely helpful and patient. We experienced trouble with another line when we tried to switch to spectrum and the staff stood up for us. Although it took more than an hour to be able to get the information needed to switch to spectrum, the staff made the process much easier and smoother then it would have been without their help.

Well, what can I say about Spectrum?During the time I have been there, the representatives have been very nice helpful, and even sweet ?The place is nice, and clean and actually can be a bit relaxing if you sit on their sofa to watch TV ? ? ? ?

Terrible service, they do not have phones in the store and they send damaged phones and their solution is that you are left without a phone for more than 10 days when they send it and they send you another one that is 3-5 days

The workers at the store a bunch of morons avoid going to the store one person at 9 you have to wait 30 minutes and then they give you the wrong equipment.
