Very bad customer service plus the ticket advantage they try to charge me $300 for Trailer behind my truck. The guy there he told me oh you take it to Bakers Feald why are you gonna bring it back with? You just keep it there. I thought is just normal service to keep it there. No problem then when I left he said oh yeah you know what I don’t have the trailer here I have it in the other shop but it’s gonna cost you $300, you know everything is expensive. I thought he was joking with me because I know cost me $30 when I went to my truck I look at the receipt he charged me $305 for him to make it $20 he want to charge me $270 extra on my bill to Make 10% of that he don’t care if he I’m gonna pay $270 extra for him to make $27. I know the price so I went to the other shop they just tell me 27+ tax and I’m coming back to Los Angeles anyway so I’ll bring the trailer with me that’s not a big deal not to charge me $300, so for him to make 10% of that is very very bad customer service and they take advantage of the paper don’t go to rent any U-Haul from there

Excellent, fast, and friendly service from Hyke and from Uriel at this location.It doesn't matter whether you're buying gas or filling your propane tank or renting a U-Haul..this station is definitely my favorite!!!
