I talk to a woman on the phone, trying to speak with a manager. She wasn't helpful at all. Also, we placed an order here; they didn't complete it and told us to return it. We would not be going to place again.

If I could give less than a star I would. We picked up a coat that they agreed was $17 at the time of drop off and the woman who claims to be manager said it should be $22. Insisting that we had to pay more. Excuse me but this practice is not only wrong but likely illegal. The worst customer service ever. Never will I patron this cleaner. They are rude and manipulating prices.

I brought several items in for "press only" due to their advertised speedy service of same day if in by 8:00 AM.l found this factually untrue the first time, it took 3 days, and the second of last it took 5 days.

Always get ignored when steps in, take 10 m to get to me not even an apologize. It was supposed to be ready Thursday afternoon so I decided to go for it next day , guess what it wasn't ready!!! Worst customer service.

I'm a weekly regular, My husband's shirt's are always looking great, always in a timely manner at a great price! I always refer selective cleaners to my family and friends! Liliana is the best always so polite!

Amazing work! Impeccable! I am very picky about the tailoring of my clothes and they did an amazing job with the finishes and hand sewn pieces. Thanks you! Will definitely go only there from now on. Muchísimas gracias! Fue un trabajo de costura impecable y a tiempo. Los surcidos invisibles en los pantalones me sorprendieron por el excelente precio. Definitivamente vuelvo pronto.

LOST SUITE!!! My dad had send me to drop off his suite for a wedding in vegas . I asked them if it will be able to pick up next day and lady said yes. Come back and a different lady and said she couldn't find it and realized she gave it to another client in accident. She told me all she can do was to call the client , but clearly knowing it wasn't thiers they never had answered. It really sucks because the suite was customized and my dad had to wear something ugly. They were unprofessional and didn't seem to care a bit. I recommend not risk it. SUITE PERDIDA!!! Mi papá me dijo que dejara su suite para una boda en vegas. Les pregunté si podría recoger el día siguiente y la señora dijo que sí. Regresó con una mujer diferente y dijo que no podía encontrarlo y se dio cuenta de que se lo dio a otro cliente por accidente. Ella me dijo que todo lo que podía hacer era llamar al cliente, pero nunca habían respondido. Realmente apesta porque la suite fue personalizada y mi papá tuvo que usar algo feo. No eran profesionales y no parecía importarles un poco. Recomiendo no arriesgarse
