Had a couple broken pavers. Showed up here and they hooked it up. Staff was friendly and they didn't try to sell me an entire pallet like everywhere else.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I asked them for Wash sand. The workers loaded the wrong type of sand into my truck bed. When I told them that is was the wrong type of sand that I needed, they rudely proceeded to tell me that either I pay for the sand and leave, or leave my truck to become their property. I then asked to speak to the manager, who told me that I can start shoveling the dirt myself but that his guys were not going to do the work. They then blocked my truck in so that I could not leave until I was forced to pay for the sand that I did not want or need. Terrible place, and I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Great guys - very helpful and there's a good selection. We came to get some flagstones for the garden and it's pretty wild how they can pack so much into their space and access it pretty easily. Very friendly, nice place, decent prices.

This is the go to spot. They held up there part of the deal on taking back my materials if I didn't use them. Gave me back my cash with no issue. I will always use this spot and recommend it to everyone.

This is the place to go...i am Buying all building materials from here...the customer service goes a long way...They have a great selection and the guys there are very knowledgeable...I bought my pavers from San Fernando...but they have a santa clarita location also.

It was my first time ordering material from sand building materials. At first they seem very nice but when you call them out on material delivery that they did not delivery everything they blame you. The delivered it in the alley and dont tell you anything until they drive away. When you tell them that you have missing items they throw the blame back at you. They get disrespectful and start blaming you. They treat you like your a contractor and you should know everything. As a home owner. I would not recommend them to you. They quote a price in the morning, when you come back to pay they raise it 50 cents more and when they charge you its now 75 more per item. When you call them out on it they say its your fault, that you should pay attention and its not their fault because they deal with so many people. So they change the price per customer? Honestly i would not recommend this place to homeowners or contractors. Its a buyer beware location. Terrible service. I cant write enough negative reviews, i hope no one is treated like this at any business. I just read other reviews they are notioriuos for being shady.

There price per scoop of sand is $10.00 more than other places and their scoop size is about 1/8 less than other places. That means it may be around $12-$15 more since they go move less. I would not recommend anyone to go here if you want to save money. Try another place.

Great customer service and selection. They are very friendly and helpful. I needed some pavers and they didn't have them in stock. I was given the option to have them deliver to my home, deliver to their location, or I could go pick it up if I needed it immediately. Providing customers options based on their needs is excellent.
