The website is disgusting to buy online, it doesn't work... It gets stuck a lot and the shopping cart ? gives you the quantities you want...
They don't respect your cash back coupons when you pick up and if that weren't enough, the store doesn't solve anything for you... you call customer service at 1800 and they don't...
The app is much, much worse... since the items that that store has do not appear... Their inventory is super outdated and they change the products or cancel your order just because...

Attn: Aubrey or whoever? I'm not going to be pm pharmacist wouldn't give me seizure meds. I had to get 2 prescription from 2 doctors & they still had excuse.I had none ! My prescription antibiotics took 2 days to fill. Pharmacist said the line is long & can pick it up. It was after 8pm they close at 9 I have a fever !.. she didn't have time to help me lines are long

Honestly, you can find anything here at Rite Aid food make up and they have the best tacos nearby Rite Aid it's honestly one of my favorite stores. I love it here.

I'm sorry to say but the Pharmacy has such poor service, I had chosen this Pharmacy because it was close to home. I have more than a month waiting for a new prescription to be given, my Doctor has had to call back more than twice to give the Pharmacy the new order, and still nothing no prescription. I'll have to transfer all my Prescriptions to CVS, or Walgreens!!

Pharmacy: I've been on hold 3 times, back to back for over 10 minutes. Something is wrong with this pharmacy. Obviously either short staffed or simply they dgaf. Whichever one it is, get it together.

I went to the doctors yesterday at Optumn. I was there from 4:36pm to 6:48pm. 6:48pm I walked out and I was told that Rite Aid was supposed to have my medicine ready in 30 minutes. From 6:48pm to 8pm they had a good amount of time left to have it ready...NOPE they didn't. How do i know that they don't have it ready, because I called today which is January 21, 2022. I'm suffering from a ligament strain in my inner leg. There is NO EXCUSE for why it's not ready. Do your job and stop Lolly gagging! Covid is no excuse! Short staff is no excuse! I still went to work with my injury, my bills doesn't pay itself. I'm not an essential worker and I don't make excuses!
